Lost faith in Gainsight
I have lost all faith in Gainsight as a CS platform. The amount of issues we constantly encounter is overwhelming. The combination of the company offshoring all of their support staff, security incidents, support staff being unskilled in the platform, slow response times, high cost, and slow development time for features that customers actually want, has made me completely reconsider renewing our subscription. They have really gotten worse over time and are at major risk of being overtaken by a simpler product.
