No bread, unable to manage a simple queue and serve people in the order they arrived. Gails Woking is dismal.

The smallest cup of chocolate I have ever had. No handle on the cup The blueberry and custard brioche was tough to eat. Wouldn't go there again.

Dreadful. No other words to describe the Woking branch. Four members of staff working at 8am, all heads buried in their mobile phones. Waited for one grumpy looking female staff member to pour out two porridges at a snail's pace. Porridges ended up in the bin a few minutes later - stodgy, dry, inedible. Why bother paying high rents on these prime locations if you can't employ a few members of staff who can be bothered to serve customers during working hours and provide basic standards? A truly dreadful experience. Would not go back in a hurry!

Gail's in Woking would not serve me a hot Moma Gluten free Oat milk drink this afternoon (despite doing it 3 times in the past 2 weeks before!)..
I am Coeliac and the Moma Oat milk IS GLUTEN FREE!
However, the young barista said that even though they use different jug to other milks, and even after wiping the wand the milk would go up the inside of their heat wand and still be cross contaminated!!! therefore Coeliacs could not have it!
Even MOMA said this was wrong and I have it in writing from them!
Gail's you really need to educate and train your staff!
She had quite an attitude on her as well...
What is the point in serving Gluten free milk option may I ask??? Never been refused a hot drink before! As if Coeliacs are not penalised enough!!
Oh and by the way as you are telling Coeliacs that your flourless chocolate cake is the only one that is Gluten free then why are you sitting it in the middle of cakes that DO contain GLUTEN ! REAL Cross-contamination at its best! You really do need the help of The Coeliac Society for guidance Gail's...

Heard all the hype about the new bakery so thought I’d try it out. Was extremely disappointed. I tried a number of different items and the ONLY thing that separates this bakery from all the others is the ridiculous prices! It is certainly not the taste which in my opinion is sub par at best. The prices were outrageous for what you were getting and actually made me angry for going there. I binned the cookies I bought because they were dry, stale and had no flavour. May as well have ripped a £20 note in half and binned it. Will take my local bakery any day or even Greggs is far better quality than this!
Added: Company reached out to apologise and offer a £20 gift card. Thought it was all well and good but then went to use it, paid £7 for an orange juice you get about 3 full mouthfuls out of and 1 cookie (that was as hard and stale and tasteless as ever)! Prices are ridiculous for what you’re getting even if the food wasn’t awful! So thank you for the gift card but unless fresh food is available, not stale or burnt and has a bit of flavour to it - it’s wasted on me because I will not be going back. Am actually shocked you are allowed to trade.
