Every day I somehow find myself there in front of the counter , choosing breakfast , dinner and evening meals

Took my parents for a treat.
Very expensive and service awful
£22.50 for one pot of tea a luke warm latte in the smallest cup ever with no handle. Three cakes which were okay.
Won’t be returning

Went there few time always having same issues. Rude staff not very friendly and worse customer service. Staff treat you like why you come in our shop . Never see any bad customers service in Witney before specially in coffee shop . Paying around £50 and even not having hot coffee and food . Next door coffee 1 much better than them .

Rip off Gail’s bakery
Oh my goodness! Gail’s charge MORE for a cup of tea £3.70 than a cappuccino! £3.40! And then wanted to charge me £1.50 to re fill my tea pot with just hot water. What a rip off!

Not sure why so many negative reviews…
Not sure why so many negative reviews the food quality variety and service is exceptional in Witney. We have had nothing like Gail’s in the Town up to now and it’s a real pleasure to have them here

Stale sourdough bread being sold
Really feel bad leaving this review, we purchased a sourdough loaf of bread from the new store in Witney (Sunday 12th) It was really stale and dry, maybe a couple of days old. The staff were lovely, just not fresh bread. Sorry, its £4.20 a loaf, happy to pay that amount if it was freshly baked, as it is was we used half of it as expensive breadcrumbs.
