Rubbish experience at Gail’s in Salusbury Road London

Gail’s in Salusbury Road London. What a disappointment! I wanted an almond croissant but it looked greasy and flat. Went instead for a very average pain au raisin. The flat white was good but small. The uncomfortable back seating area was rubbish. Face an open toilet door in one section or a different open toilet door in another. Usual solo characters taking up tables for 4 while working on lap tops so no where to sit.

We have visited the Queens Park branch…

We have visited the Queens Park branch numerous times. Recently the customer service has been appalling (it’s never great). The staff are not only rude, but they are not keeping hygiene. On ordering rolls, food has been aggressively picked up and the contents dropped out into other food and onto the floor. One server two weeks running had her clothing dipping into and over the food with an attitude that made us feel uncomfortable as our order was 6 items or more. This is not just about staff training, but it’s disrespectful and totally not acceptable.
