Another lovely visit to Gail’s Bakery. The baked treats were delicious as always - fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented.
A special thank you to Olivia especially and Tyler who were both delightful: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their service really adds to the experience and makes you want to return.
Came across a very rude staff (a guy) at Gail’s Fulham Broadway. He first went into a fight with another weird guy in the shop, then got very emotionally unstable and started to attack verbally and emotionally people including customers. It was very disturbing and he kept falsely accusing us of being rude to him to justify his aggressiveness and rudeness towards us, while we were trying to have a calm and normal conversation with him. Even his colleague could not handle the messy situation in the shop. It was a nightmare and ruined all my Gail’s good experience so far. Appalling! That was extremely unprofessional and Gail’s needs to deal with that seriously so that it does not happen again. Happy to provide more info and feel free to check the CCTV in the shop.
