Honestly, this company is brilliant, the food is delicious every week, the concept is great in terms of its 'green credentials' but they are just lovely people to interact with, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The food is absolutely gorgeous! The pulses are so flavourful, the dolmades are out of this world (I think hands-down the best I've ever had), the spanakopita is so lush it should be illegal, and the slaw is light and bright. Between the quality of the food and the wonderful customer service, I couldn't recommend Gaia Pulses enough.

The food is incredible - full of flavours and can be a main or an accompaniment on a flavour-full plate! We love the fresh bread, and the helpful and warm service.

Gaia Pulses are a wonderful company! Ticking all the boxes when it comes to health and sustainability.
Their weekly delivery service on an electric bike saves me from cooking (or getting an unhealthy take away) and I get to add other bits such as kimchi, hummus or sourdough bread to my order.
