So happy with my filter! Definitely makes a difference

Love this filter, easy to fit and skin and hair feel great after showering.

recently purchased this shower filter hoping it would improve the quality of my water and help with my hair, but I didn’t feel like it made any real difference. After using it, my hair still feels like it has a strange coating on it after every shower—almost waxy or weighed down—rather than clean and soft.

I was expecting the filter to remove impurities and make a noticeable difference, especially since hard water has been an issue for me.

Installation was easy enough, but I wouldn’t recommend this filter if you’re hoping for softer, cleaner-feeling hair or any real change in water quality.

My hair is bleached blonde and was very damaged over the years from highlights, dyes and then hair extensions 2 years ago. My hair is prone to breakage and falls out. I live in Dublin in a very hard water area. I was desperate to try anything to strengthen my brittle and damaged hair and to get rid of the brassiness! My mam saw this on TV and suggested it. I was skeptical, but desperate! I have been on hair supplements and using expensive shampoos etc the past two years but I was willing to try anything! My hair improved a little with supplements and shampoos. However, I started using the Gaia filter in Dec. I’ve noticed I’m getting so many compliments about the condition of my hair the past month. (This doesn’t happen to me!)
The colour isn’t brassy blonde, it looks so shiny, it’s growing lots and it looks so thick and healthy. It dawned on me that it could be because of the Gaia filter! I really believe it is because of this.
My face skin isn’t as dry either.
Within one week, I noticed my shower doors didn’t have the stubborn watermarks anymore! Once I clean the doors, they stay reasonably clean for ages!
My replacement filter arrived last wk.
I’m looking forward to seeing how my hair thrives with the Gaia filter.
I’m paranoid now about the rest of my water. What am I brushing my teeth with, washing my clothes etc.. with?
I would suggest this filter to anyone desperate to improve their hair growth and quality. Thanks Gaia, an excellent service and product!

Such a great experience with the brand, customer service was amazing from the team and the filter has made such a difference to my hair and skin. Since living in London I had really struggled with water quality and Gaia was the best choice to add to my routine.

Ordering was easy and prompt. Setting up the filter was easy too. I ordered
the separate adapter not because of space but just in case the filter didn’t fit my shower. It was a good call as it didn’t fit and the €10 adapter made it fit. I’ve been using for a week now and found that the very strong chlorine smell has dramatically reduced from the water and my shampoo and shower gel are foaming better which is promising. I’ll edit in a months time to give a skin and hair update but so far so good. My blonde hair looks brighter and feels softer after one week.

A wonderful company to deal with. I have been using the filter for almost a year and would definitely recommend it. Very easy to install and change.I choose to get a new filter send to me every 3 months.Big Thank You to Dylan who took the time to locate a lost parcel for me a few months ago.The courier delivered it to the wrong address but Dylan sorted it out the same day I contacted Gaia. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Gaia. Their team is always incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive to emails — something that honestly feels rare these days. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes the time to provide thoughtful support.

The filter itself is excellent. I have blonde hair and have always struggled with it turning brassy shortly after leaving the hairdresser. Usually within a week I’d notice the change, but since using this filter, my blonde has stayed bright for much longer. It’s made a noticeable difference and has taken away a long-standing frustration.

Great customer service combined with a product that actually delivers — there really aren’t many companies like this today. I couldn’t recommend enough!

Great company. Very good communication and helpful staff. GAIA filters are very effective. Hair and skin benefits. Much better than any other filter that have used in the past for water problems. Would highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed with the experience so far. We ordered the filter initially, and then discovered that it didn’t fit our shower so we needed to purchase an additional adapter. The adapter was ordered over a week ago but still hasn’t arrived.

We’ve emailed three times and received no response. We also tried contacting them via Instagram but have had no reply there either. The tracking link provided does not work, which makes it even more frustrating.

The website also states that delivery in Ireland is free, yet we were charged for delivery at checkout.

At this stage, the lack of communication and customer service has been very disappointing. Unfortunately, we can’t comment on the product itself as we haven’t been able to use it. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the company.

Really seeing good results with the filters. Easy to install. V happy with the product.

I've already tried to flag the fact that this "company" is simply rebranding cheap $10 filters from China and passing them off as their own invention. Just try an image search on alibaba and all will become clear. Funnily enough any comment is immediately deleted and blocked. Speaks volumes.

Updated in response to Gaia’s feedback which I do appreciate.
While I completely understand that many items are sourced via global production houses, it’s disappointing to read that you are still asserting that the filtration system is unique to yourselves.
The exact same filtration make-up is reflected on both the manufacturers site plus any other companies who sell this product.
If customers are paying €90 for what is effectively customer service then I find that disingenuous on your part.
My aim here is to shine a light on a white label product that you are simply rebranding and applying a 1000% markup. That’s not “coming at you”, it’s simply helping others to make an informed decision.

Well I bought Gaia filter then very fast bought another…my skin feels a lot softer and my hair I feel is started to look and feel better . Early days only in 2 weeks.

Have been using Gaia filter for just over a week and ive already noticed a huge difference. Water feels cleaner and my hair feels soo much nicer after it. Will definitely be buying another when its due to be changed

I had trouble getting the filter to fit as my shower is really old but the customer service was amazing and advised me on the adapter needed and stores near me to get them!
I would definitely recommend Gaia Filters to anyone looking for a shower filter!

I have been using the GAIA filter now for nearly 1 month and my hair is softer and the brassy tone in my hair from the iron in our water is no more. Im delighted with my GAIA filter and signed up for the refill filters which will be automatically sent to me every 3 months. Thank you.
