Please do not use this company. It is not clearly labeled that you cannot return lenses. Even though the RX was wrong. I paid extra for ultra thin lens and the lenses were so thick. The worst customer service, couldn’t even give me a credit for my returned lens. Had to pay to ship them back, said they were discarded when I asked to have them back if they would not credit or refund me. Worsttttt company worst service.

As the others have stated, i also bout a $200 pair of prada sunglasses, and they were fakes.

These came with finger prints all over the lenses, they make noise when you open close ear pieces (plastic rubbing on fake metal), they are easily bendable and flimsy.....and the box they came in had no UPC barcode or any noticeable sticker from the factory.

I would say buyer beware. I've seen $20 sunglasses with better build quality that these.

I found they have Prada glasses at a good price. I want to buy them from this store. I am afraid that they are imitations and not from Prada. I care about glasses a lot. I do not accept imitations at all.I contacted them, they responded, but I want to confirm from the customers, including them, because the store is not known to me

I have never owned a nice pair of sunglasses, so I have been wanting to purchase a decent brand without breaking my budget for a while now. I was thrilled when I found a pair of Prada sunglasses on the Gaffos.com website for a fraction of the cost of the ones I recently saw at the Sunglass hut. This was THE BEST online shopping experience I have ever had! I was able to use the "Try it on" feature of the website to actually see what the sunglasses would look like on my face. When my sunglasses arrived just 3 days after I ordered them, they were well packaged in their own softer-sided leather case inside a harder-sided leather box inside the cardboard box they were mailed in and arrived in perfect condition. I also confirmed they are authentic compared to the ones at the Sunglass Hut. Thank you!

Buyer beware never sent me my package then on the day I was supposed to receive my sunglasses fake oakleys got delivered beyond upset with this

The worst experience ever ! Just a waste of time.

It was such a pleasant experience, they communicated well and the Persol glasses were exactly as described. They even followed up after ( personally vs blanket email ) to ask how we liked them, who does that anymore? Well done!
Oh, almost forgot - we saved over $150 on the price vs sunglass hut, which is where I found the, Will never shop for glasses anywhere else.
