Promptness and efficiency

Upon the receipt of an email from (DIAMOND) Inoted that the last 4 digits of the card I had used were no longer relevant as the card had been cancelled. To correct this and make sure the refund went into my bank account I immediately sent a return email advising of this fact, giving the right details. I received a reply within minutes to tell me that they had changed th card number and were proceeding with my refund using the correct numbers. I was surprised at the promptness with which my correction was dealt with so efficiently. Doesn't happen very often in my experience. Well done (DIAMOND). I thankyou. Tim Pyne07122024

Be careful

Payment taken in error as I thought I was downloading a parking app. Was told via Livechat subscription had been cancelled and no further monies would be taken. Well that was a lie. Good job my bank were on the ball.

Scam of a company

Scam of a company
My husband tried to order a rugby game to watch. Obviously it didn't work. Was billed 84p then two days later the company took £41 from his account. We had fraud company on phone Saturday when the 84p went out.
