The process was easy and quick

I'm not gonna lie: I am very unhappy with the amount I got for my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4, but it's not Gadget Gone's fault. I bought the phone for $250 on Mercari without checking to see if the IMEI number was compatible with my carrier. Once I found out it wasn't, instead of immediately returning it to Mercari, I went on GadgetGone, accepted a tentative deal for $110, and shipped them the phone.

GadgetGone then informed me that the phone had internal damage I knew nothing about, and could only offer me $26 (which is better than nothing).

The moral of the story is Cheap Is Expensive In The Long Run. Don't be in such a hurry to get ANY gadget that you 1) don't verify its usability; 2) ignore the No Returns clause; and 3) fail to check for damage.

I'm stupid, but Mercari is CRIMINAL.

I sent my iPhone 16 and selected that it was blacklisted . I was given a price. When they got it they said they can’t take it because it’s blacklisted and sent it back. When it was sent back it was missing the box and the charger and the phone was all scratched up. I don’t even believe this is the same phone as mine was brand new never been opened.dont trust this company

GadgetGone is awesome! I have been selling my used electronics on eBay or similar sites for many years. Gadgetgone pays you nearly the same amount as what you would make selling directly but there is zero hassle and no PayPal fees.

Any apprehension or uncertainty about using Gadget Gone can be set aside and forgotten! The staff are patient, understanding and more than fair in their valuation of devices. I am very satisfied with my experience and will absolutely use their service again when the need arises.

I sent a fully functioning macbook to them and they said it wouldn't power on. They lowered my offer price to $0 and offered to recycle it. I requested a return, powered it up at home, and it works just fine. Now looking for a reputable site to offload it.

This is a scam company. They offer a large price, then they email you to lowball you. Then even if you negotiate a price, they don’t pay you. They keep telling me that their PayPal account was marked as fraudulent. Run away from this company. They now have my device and won’t issue payment.
