I placed an order May 31st, and it still hasn't been shipped. They sent me an initial email to say it was delayed but did not say by how long. I followed up and they said "about 10 days". It's been over 10 days and I have still not received a shipping confirmation email and they have now stopped responding to me.

Ordered multiple times and order keeps being cancelled. Was very excited in finally purchasing from them.i won’t be doing it again.

I put in a order for 2 necklaces before christmas last year. I got the confirmation that the order had been recived and the money had gone from my account. I did not get the package before christmad as i had planed, instead it just dissapeard from the postal tracking app in my home country. Now its mid june and i have not gotten any packages.
I have sent several e-mails but have not received any reply to these yet. I would urge people to be careful when ordering beacause it looks like it can be a hit or miss when it comes to the help you get from their customer service.

I ordered a custom jewelry piece from Gadget4Entertainment, and I was really impressed with the creativity behind the design. It didn’t feel like a mass-produced item—it felt personal and thoughtfully made. The final piece matched my idea closely, and the craftsmanship was better than expected. As a customer in the U.S., I appreciated how unique and meaningful the product felt compared to typical novelty shops.

Seller was communicative and polite. Purchased three necklaces off them from etsy and they let me know that the items would be shipped once made. They shipped from Italy to Australia and arrived well within the estimated delivery window. Overall fantastic experience and love the necklaces.

I’ve known Gadget4entertainment for a long time now, and I’ve honestly bought way more items from them than I actually need.
But how can you do without them?
The attention to detail in every single item and the ability to make you dream with just a simple necklace or a pen are just a few of this brand's strengths. I strongly recommend them if you want to always carry a piece of your favorite saga with you.

Very disappointed with my experience.

I ordered pendant necklaces almost two months ago, but the items were never delivered to me. The parcel was sent to the wrong address, and I have proof and screenshots confirming this.

I contacted my bank and initially received a refund because the goods were not received. However, the money was later taken back from my account, while I still have no products and no refund.

The whole situation has caused a lot of stress and wasted time. I expected much better customer service and support in resolving this issue.

At the moment, I am still waiting for a proper resolution and my money back.

I would advise other customers to be careful when ordering.

I ordered Cardan Snake Onyx Necklace and Jude Duarte's Red Ruby Ring in a gift box.
Information about delivery estimated time (to abroad) is 7-10 business days which seems fine (I got my package on the 10th day).
Everything's good, got my stuff, they are really nice, I love them.
BUT...
Tracking your package is totally useless. The site for 4 days said that they haven't picked up my parcel, and on the 5th day for a few hours wouldn't even come up as a valid package. After that it finally showed up as "In transit".
Literally didn't know which delivery corp would pick up my stuff from the borders so yeah, that was insteresting.
Customer support seems "iffy".
Rudy did a great job fixing my address, so thanks for that, cheers! But they wouldn't answer my question my order's whereabouts.
4 star for getting my stuff in time, -1 with all these uncertianty.

Five stars for both the product and the service! The turnaround time from ordering to delivery was remarkably fast, and the ring is even more gorgeous in person. The most important thing is that the package arrived safely. I'm so satisfied with this purchase and will definitely be ordering again!

I adore the attention to detail in following book descriptions in creating the ring I purchased. Ability to choose between silver or gold plated was lovely as well. I did end up having my ring re-plated with gold after it arrived as it was a bit more of a yellow tone than I’d like, however it’s perfection now.

(I would totally buy solid gold if it was an option)

The shipping/delivery was super long but the necklace is AMAZING, cute and glowing in the dark ! I’m so happy with it !

I was so hoping that this was good. My daughter loved it when she first received it but about the second week the color started fading off. It looks like I've ever bought it at a cheap store and it was so expensive and she loves this store. I guess I was one out of 1 million that had the battle luck and it sucks because she loved that bracelet so much and it was so expensive and something we had to save up a long time for I wish it was all what she expected.

This is my third piece of jewelry from them and it’s so beautiful and worth the wait and money. I’m in love with it, love this website and will be buying more!

its a scam, ordered a necklace for my wife at the start of the year, now its 6th pf april and no necklace, no communication, emails ignored.

I have never had an experience as bad as this. I cannot recommend this shop at all and if I wouldn’t have read the many good reviews here I would think this website was a scam.
My mom ordered a necklace, earrings, bracelet and tiara for me as a christmas gift. The order was delayed. Since it wasn’t gonna arrive in time for christmas we cancelled the order. They never responded. We cancelled through paypal. They refused to give back the money saying the package was sent out now. In january two parts arrived and ever since then nothing else has appeared but we were billed for all four products. They never responded to any e-mails. For something that’s a bit more pricey I would have expected a better support.

The jewelry is exactly how it is on site. Beautiful and authentic. Amazing quality. Many people asked where did I get it. I’m obsessed with bookish collections, especially the “Cruel prince” one. I love it❤️❤️

It took a little longer than expected but was in great condition!
