Very happy with my recent Sony FX30 purchase from Gadcet. The ordering process was easy, delivery was prompt, and everything was handled professionally. As someone who creates video content regularly, investing in a camera like the FX30 is a big decision, so it’s important to buy from a company you can trust.
Before purchasing, I requested some additional photos of the camera, and the team were more than happy to provide them. The customer service throughout was brilliant, and the extra photos gave me confidence in the condition of the item before placing my order.

I ordered an Xbox for my sons birthday…
I ordered an Xbox for my sons birthday which was on a Monday so ordered it the Thursday before and was told it would be sent next day delivery, the package never arrived the next day and I received no email to notify me that there had been a delay other than a confirmation email at the time I placed the order I heard nothing! After several phone calls I was told it was going through verification with the verification team! When I asked for a phone number so I could call them and find out what was going on and if it was going to get here for my sons birthday in the Monday I was told there wasn’t a number for that team and I would have to wait for them to be in touch. It didn’t arrive for my son’s birthday it arrived the following Friday. Dreadful communication I had to constantly ring them to find out what was going on, if I hadn’t got in touch with them I wouldn’t have been told anything. I won’t be ordering from here again.
The delivery address was the same as the billing address so not sure how it would need verification

After reviewing the order, we can see it was flagged for additional verification before dispatch. This can happen when the billing address and delivery address do not match, as we must carry out extra checks before releasing the parcel. These checks are in place to help protect customers and prevent unauthorised or fraudulent orders.
We understand this caused a delay, and we accept that our communication should have been clearer throughout the process. We can see the order was delivered on 29th April, but we fully appreciate this was later than expected and not in time for the birthday.
