My first purchase buying ninja blender 21st August in the hopes that I will use straight away when it gets delivered only to be met with a broken jar. I have been liaising with the return team emailed and send pictures, spoken to couple of agents and I’m still waiting for a bloody reply when can my jar be replaced. I have said in my email that I’m starting my 10 days challenge on the 1st o September with so many other women but I’ll be left behind now because my hope of having a blender to us for my vegetables and fruits has come with the dissatisfaction and I’m still waiting for an update about what’s going to happen to the broken jar. So much for looking forward to a solid blender only to arrive broken.
