Customer service were very helpful about helping me find the right size of dress although in the end I returned it. However I was very disappointed that for a 297 euro dress (on sale) I was charged 100 gbp of customs duties to ship to the UK and that this info wasn’t more clearly communicated to me up front as I wouldn’t have purchased the dress in the first place. Return was processed easily

I did order 2 pieces set from this brand in December. The delivery was very fast even in busy pre Christmas period, carefully packed and I just love the clothes ( 2 piece set - jacket and skirt). Very elegant and flattering - great for my office job. Will definitely order more in the future - style I have been looking for.

Beautiful, sustainable, high-quality garments. I would absolutely recommend ordering from their website. There are not many clothing companies like Gaâla anymore.

I purchased the Alma lined pants, Alia buttoned blouse, and Nadine faux leather trench coat, and I am thrilled with every piece. The Alma pants are incredibly comfortable, fit perfectly, and are super easy to style for any occasion. The Alia blouse is elegant, well-made, and adds a sophisticated touch, whether paired with pants or a skirt. The Rina Button Down Dress arrived quickly to USA. I did not have to pay any additional fees or customs upon arrival. It is beautiful and exactly as described. I highly recommend! Nice quality, good prices, fast delivery!

Most of the items at this shop are 'pre-order' and take weeks to receive. In the US, you are allowed $800/day of goods from overseas. But what Gaala does is mail all your orders at once and so when they arrive to the US, the customer ends up paying a giant customs bill. Then to top it off, Gaala offers their customers 'points' which they can cash in with purchases. Then if you return the item in that purchase, you must return the gift. Well I didn't know this and so here it is just days before Christmas and after paying giant customs bills due to Gaala sending all my orders at once, now they are asking me to pay 150 EUROSfor a simple make up bag or mail it back (I pay postage). It's such an insult to a customer who has been loyal and spent many thousands of dollars. Customer no more.

Apart from the beautifully upcycled crafted clothing, the customer support at Gaala is truly outstanding. They always help find a solution and respond very quickly. This is what makes come back time and time again, thank you.

Although very expensive, I Absolutely love the wool coat I received from them. It’s perfectly made and gets many compliments on it everywhere I go. I just find it a bit disappointing that you can’t use your points or any gift vouchers when items are on sale. Most other online sites I shop at that have much lower prices allow me to use my points or gifts vouchers even when items are on sale. It’s already very expensive for me to shop here because I am in Canada and with the dollar exchange it’s not very nice prices it’s almost double the money on top of the original price for me.

I just got my Paola beige wool coat and I'm absolutely obsessed! The quality and tailoring is impeccable, it is made from 100% wool with beautiful lining and you can tell it's a durable piece just from picking it up as it's adequately heavy! It's also super warm and comfortable and will go well with everything I have in my wardrobe. Delivery was faster than I expected, it came nicely packaged inside a cloth bag with additional cute and festive stickers and a thank you note, which was a touching detail. I will definitely order again in the future!

I have placed three orders in the past year, lured by the beauty of the products. None of them made it to me. First they changed to dhl without letting me know, so the dpd pickup address I placed the order with was useless. Nobody at service smart enough to come up with a solution, so I just asked for money back. Now placed an order for a made-to-order dress, supposedly needing 3-5 weeks to arrive. After a month, Gaala writes to extend that period for another undefined 1-2 weeks. Point defeated, as 7 weeks total wait (and that was just a guess from their part) missed the mark. Had to buy a dress from a more reliable source. Will never put myself through this again. Bye bye Gaala

Cezanne dress was my first order but I have introduced the brand to some other friends of mine. Also in their behalf I allow myself to recommend Gaala products. It is worthwhile the waiting. Great fabrics and perfect cuts that enhance the body without constrictions. A labour of love reflected to detail and sewing care process adds up to the luxury feel. Thank you

Unfortunately, I never got to see the goods, I ordered 4 items of clothes but be warned the import costs for them to be delivered an enormous £283!! I received a message from DPD so I declined to accept delivery and the items were returned. It was a just shy of £1000 purchase, it’s almost 3 weeks on and still no refund… one to avoid if you’re a UK Customer

I've been ordering their clothes twice (a dress and a sweater). Two beautiful pieces that bring the little extra in your wardrobe. Can`t tell about the lasting yet, but the materials feel very high-qality.

I placed an order for clothes from Gaala on October 1, 2024. It is now November 12, 2024 and the clothes still have not arrived. While Gaala has shipped them, the box has been stuck in Atlanta awaiting clearance through customs for over a week, despite my responses to DHL on the customs information they requested. Apparently Gaala does not itself coordinate the customs process for shipments. In addition, I can’t get the clothes to clear customs since they were manufactured in China (not France) and I need to provide customs with the name (and EIN) of the Chinese manufacturer which I do not have. Buyer beware. Your clothes are being made in China and will take weeks, if not months, to arrive (if they arrive at all). Also, customer service is run through AI and has been absolutely useless, so good luck getting ahold of a real person.

I've been ordering their clothes for a bit over a year now and I'm pretty happy with the quality of everything I received (that includes a dress, t-shirts, sweater, shorts and pants). The prices are a bit steep but I feel like I got my money well spent — the materials, designs and quality are something I haven't been able to find anywhere else. These are some of my most special wardrobe pieces that I will treasure for many years.

I discovered the brand by chance and after the first purchase I was so enthusiastic I have bought new pieces of clothing every month! It is very difficult, in a market flooded with fast fashion, to find elegant, beautiful garments that keep the standard of high quality and allow you to rely on the same piece for years, get attached to it, etc. Gaala provides all of this with in addition a thoughtful policy of low carbon footprint for shipping, workers paid with high standards in Europe and upcycled materials. Some of the pieces hark back to an effortlessly French retro style which is hard to nail! I feel confident and feminine in Gaala garments when tackling international meetings at work. Overall I’m very proud to be a customer and will definitely recommend!

I love the timeless style of Gaala and agree with the other comments. I have ordered surely 10 different garments, skirts, blouses, tweed suit, day dresses, evening dress and they all fit perfectly and the fabrics are really nice. I get also a lot of compliments for them. Order in advance for special events, so that you are sure to get your garment in time (as they are specifically made for you) but they are prefect when arrive. Love also the packaging and little notes in the boxes. My new favorite shop, thank god I found it (in Instagram).
