Was HAPPY with them for a while..
I have been using them for economic long distance calls to Greece for years. Up until now I have been happy with the service. There was no contract, and I would simply top up my account by purchasing $10 worth of minutes. Today, I dial the access number, and am prompted to enter an access code. This never happened before. So I logged in to my account, go to my dashboard, and see that my account is showing $0 balance. I had just toppped it up before the last time I made a call, and barely used $1 worth of minutes. I should have at least $9 in there. It turns out that they no longer offer pay-as-you go, and is now subscription based, so I lost my remaining balance. I'm assuming this is so based on what I have learned through online research, as I cannot get through to customer support. The right thing to do would have been to honor our original agreement, and allow me access until I have used up the time paid for. If they correct this, I will update my review. I give 2 stars instead of 1 today, based on my previous satisfaction with the service..
