I have Worked 2 Months, Never Paid, tried to Delete the Evidence at payment time.
I was hired by G3 Software Services for a work from home internship role promising ₹4,000 per month for conducting online aptitude tests and calling up to 40-50 candidates daily, 6 days a week.
I worked from 19th February 2026 to 19th April 2026 — completing 2 full months as per their offer letter terms. Still the first month payment of ₹4,000 is in due between 5th-10th of feb 2026 and for 2 months i have worked completely with dedication and i have to be paid 8.5k totally, which was briefed as per their own written terms. In the offer letter mentioned 40 clients everyday for 4hrs work everyday i will get 4k per month, this was briefed in offer letter and i got 45-50 clients data several times which made me 5+hrs work and made me work till 11 and 12pm also and still i am a student who will be in college from 9am to 6pm, and i was forced and misused my time to complete it soon then only i will receivemy stipend or it will be deducted.And thus, This company did not follow according to the offer letter which was written for 40 clients per day and after completing 30+days of my work also i did not get any type of information about my stipend, instead they tried to provoke me to continue the work by telling they will inform me about the stipend day by day and they provoked till 9 days extra work days of mine, and It is now past April 20th and I have received absolutely zero payment despite working diligently for 2 full months.The time and efforts over distress and had to move for a hospital over my health issue i had, but still worked and gave my total energy, dedication and time over this company being a studying student,
Their response to my repeated WhatsApp messages and calls? Complete silence for weeks. When I finally sent a firm payment demand, they deleted the entire work group without a single reply — a deliberate attempt to destroy all evidence.
What makes make me feel even more unsure is when i searched this company up it is officially STRUCK OFF and yet hired me and numourous other interns.
They claim Mumbai address on their website but are registered in Bangalore aswell. Causing lot of deliberate misrepresentations
