Got scammed by a seller. G2A does nothing. Free for all Scammers website.

Got scammed by a seller, gave me a account for Creative Cloud but worked for a couple of days. When you contact the seller they say:

"Our email service migration is complete, and services have been fully restored. Please note that only the access link (URL) has changed—your login credentials remain exactly the same."

Nothing is restored and the problem remains. Your money will be gone. 30 bucks down the drain.

If you contact G2A they will not respond.

Scammers get a free pass on this site. G2a will not do anything about it,

they didnt send money back. if u can ask ur bank to send money back its way much faster. they sending u to seller, seller is of, every message to support make ur case to wait longer. ( its message from them) S

Scam Company!.

Scam Company!.
Bought a Gamerprofile which should hold path of exiles 2.
Thry dont give you the game! Only profile and they scam cheat and lie to never give you your money back!. And now after i have sent 10 pictures of order history and all kinds of thing to figure out to grt my money back and them to acknowledge they havent sent me a profile with a game on it.
But now they just say that its not the right profile i use. And the status is abnormal. Lies LIES LIES LIES! WHAT CHEATDIRTBAGS! i will let paypal disclose this now. And make a police report

I was sold expired cash voucher

I was sold expired cash voucher. Contacted seller no response, contacted g2a, provided needed info and after waiting 4 months they closed the ticket as resolved but it was not actually resolved. They send me an email to open new ticket and when I tried to open with reference to old one, they told me I already contacted them for the issue. So far, my money is gone, voucher is not working, and my issue is resolved for g2a lol

SCAMMERS WORKING WITH SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS WORKING WITH SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY. Was scammed our of 100$ did everything they requested now they don't even answer my emails.

WORST SITE EVER

I bought the CD Key which was used 3 days before I bought it.Support doesn't exist, they aren't answer me after 48h
On my questions which i can chose not write(there isint an option which i want to ask) is answering bot.Seller all the time is making excuses to make this issue long time problem

After i send him all the confirmations from Steam suport and other needed screenshots he pays attention to trivial things without noticing that I bought CD key on 08.10.2024 and on Steam suport confirmation i written that CD key was used 05.10.2024.

I am tired of this situation I never buy anything again on this site also I gonna dissuade it to everyone couse I simply dont want for them to make same problems and waste that much time as me.

Scam seller

This is not a key reseller, they only sell accounts!

bought a game key that turned out to not be a key at all, it was an accountt with the game on it. wanted to get my money back, they said they cane refund me cause I'VE SEEN THE ACCOUNT DETAILS, which is when I learned that it was not a game key at all (even the button said "reveal purchased key")

I paid 70 € the 8th of November then after my payement G2A blocked my account ... for suspicious activity ... I asked the support why they blocked my account, the answer is always "Rest assured that each case is checked very carefully. We'll contact you immediately as the verification process is over."

> After 20 days, account still blocked, I don't know why, I paid the they blocked all my acces, without reason.

Scam?

Unfortunately after all my communication with the support and after 9 days waiting for a solution to my problem i had to start finding a way to express my disappointment and frustration.

My Story in brief
I spent 10€ on LootG2A.com i start looting different cases, after i had spent all my lootpoints (LP) i tried to activate my games (10euro value at least) to my steam account. From 7 games i only managed to activate 1 game! i received the following errors as you can see in the pictures. (i have also video with i am gonna post later on youtube etc..After 3days i added 10 more Euros (100LP) i managed to roled a loot bot of 85LP cost and i got Rocket leage! Witch i also could not activate. The problem is that after 24hours all loot box games that you have rolled are getting lost! (sold, and get back a few LP for return)...

Communication with the Support

After i contact the support what i got for answer was

SUPPORT
"I am really sorry for this issue. This seems to be some technical issue which I've already reported. Your case should be solved soon. Please give us some time to try to solve this problem. Please also contact us back after 24 hours to check for any further details. "

After 24hours i contact them back
ME
"i lost all my games that was in my Loot!!!! as you can see in the picture..... i tried several times in the day to activate them with no success.

What i did then was to use the returned LPs (10) to roll another lootbox, i got a stupid game for 0.38€ witch i managed to claim to my steam account!

Then i add it 10 more euros (100LP) and i re rolled another lootbox, i got a game and i managed to claim it successfully!
Then i rolled again and i got the same ERROR once again!

ERROR:
"We have noticed that there is a problem which prevents game activation.

Please try again or contact our customer support."

I would like to express my deep disappointment about the whole issue, and i would like to see some action from your side...so far i had spent 20Euros and i got nothing in return...."

The answer was the following

SUPPORT
"Once more I'm really sorry for this issue. I've already reported your case to our specialists and I'm awaiting some solution. I hope you will not have any more problems this kind, with our service. Please contact us in 2-3 days so I'll inform you about any further details.

Wish you the best!"

ME ( after 48hours )
"Once again, i spent 80LP (since i have no information from you that i should stop spending money and LP from your site)

What i got for game is "Rocket League"

And guess what! I could not managed to activate the game.

i am getting the same error! see attachment.

Please note that i tried the following with no success,
1) Clean browsers cookies, etc, (CCleaner)
2) Used 3 different browsers (chrome, explorer, mozila) all running the latest versions)
3) Deactivate my steam guard authorization security.

Now, (since i got a valuable game) i demand you to obtain me at least this particularly steam code (Rocket League), and finally depending on the final results of my issue i will decide if i am gonna spent more money on your g2a loot AND i will dissuade others (community friends) from using any G2A services."

Support
"Once more, I apologize for the issue although, unfortunately, used by you solutions, won't solve the problem since it's a problem on our side. As I already mentioned twice, I've reported your case and I'm awaiting a solution from our technical specialists. Please mind, it may take more time than expected since the problem has to be checked and solved manually. All of the cases are being checked on a daily basis although our specialists are not working 24/7.
Please, for now, do not make any more Loot spins until the problem will be solved. It's our new service which we're still working on and once more I'm sorry for all of the problems while usage. Please keep some patience and wait for 2-3 days more so we'll be able to proceed with your case."

After 3 days what i got back for my 26euro LOST GAMES was ONLY 24 LP!with witch again i could not activate the games
