G2A is a safe,solid, no nonsense seller. They have very good prices all year round. In case you forgot to buy something at discout in other places,or you missed a sale, you can easily find it at G2A. I often buy here and was never dissapointed, never encountered a problem. Higly recommended!

Good site, sells games for cheap online

Keys mostly work, the staff is a joke and if something doesn't work, you are pretty much f cked. Been waiting for more than a mont on a refund for 20$ because neither the seller nor the staff does anything else than make me jump through hoops over and over again.

It's a scam. The key expires every 15-20 days. For three months, it was excruciating, and the seller was fooling me. I wrote to support, who closed the ticket (after more than a week of waiting for a "quick" response), hastily reading my request and closing it without solving anything, telling me that "luckily I had already resolved the issue" (WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE). Forget these keys.

I purchased a couple of gift key links for a game on steam to give to my friends, both of them were from CdKeyMarkt (a major retailer,) the first link brings me to the accept gift page on steam but the accept button is greyed out, the second link just brings up the steam error page. I have sent CdKeyMarkt a help/refund request 4 days ago and haven't gotten a reply back from them, so I thought G2A would help me so I sent them a support request ticket as well, its been 2 days and no word so far. G2A DOES NOT GUARANTEE MONEY BACK AND WRITE THEY ARE NOT RESPONSABLE FOR FAULTY KEYS! their ai support bot is misinformative and a gatekeeper for receiving help, the bot is the only way you can send a support ticket in as well since they don't offer a manual way to send a ticket in on their support page, the bot kept on giving me links to 404 error pages when I asked for a link to take me to the support ticket page otherwise he sent me links to their Q&A page. At the bottom of their websites home/store page they say "G2A.COM employs a wide array of AI-powered security measures, coupled with human screening by highly trained anti-fraud experts. While sellers are more than happy to help whenever there's an issue that needs resolving, you can contact us if there are any problems with that."

Buy your keys off a website that has ACTUAL 24/7 human support, offer moneyback guaranteed, and don't upcharge you on non-preferred payment methods. I will never use their services again. You have been warned!

They replied back to me on Trustpilot but I am still waiting for a response on G2A's support page. No word or help yet! I will keep this review up to date if something happens or changes and deliver a full transparent report! Hope to hear what they concluded from their investigation as well.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They will let your account get stolen then insta close your tickets and not even punish the scammers.

You are on your own and you cant claim back money from fraudulent sellers
