I still dont have the watch. Many explanations but the watch was never delivered i had to request a refund through my credit card.

Absolutely NOT worth the cost!
First and foremost, I waited over a month to receive my order (I did understand it was "custom" so I didn't get too bent out of shape). Then I received my "order".......let's just say it was as polar opposite as an order could be. When I reached out, they blamed an intern for sending the wrong watch then had me go to a UPS store to send it to the correct recipient. Today, received my correct custom. The quality is completely sub-par. I ordered a black metal band. It feels clunky, cheap, rough to the touch and nowhere near the quality of what I paid for. I reached out again, expressing my disappointment with the product and wanted to return it. My email was quickly responded to with an explanation that I can not return it due to it being custom when the website CLEARLY states a 14 day return policy once received. Absolutely not worth paying 2x the cost of an original G shock!

We explained the situation privately to the customer: the original special edition watch went out of stock, and after the first shipment was lost by the carrier. After reviewing all options, the customer decided to choose a different model since the original one can no longer be produced. The new watch is already being prepared by our team and will be shipped shortly. We are committed to making sure the customer receives the new order without any further issues.
So far I'm still waiting for my watch but I'm sure it's going to be fantastic. Customer service has been really good
