Geoff did several jobs including a new front step, slate path, retaining wall and re-rendered and painted my garden wall. I was very pleased with the results. Geoff is extremely diligent, punctual and friendly - I am going to use him again and highly recommend him to others!

Geoff has been working for us over 12 months plus to bring our ideas for a front of house revamp to fruition. From our initial approach, Geoff has been openly helpful adapting ideas into quotation, supporting planning approval questions and building control approvals. At every point where there was uncertainty, Geoff consulted us to ensure the solution was fit for purpose and what we wanted.

To say our project evolved is an understatement but Geoff was patient throughout and worked to incorporate a number of emerging issues and additional 'would it be possible to....' requests from ourselves into the scope of work. All of this was undertaken whilst ensuring we had total visibility of additional costs or schedule impact as he worked in and around his other customers.

Geoff undertook much of the work himself only bringing in and working with other trusted (and brilliant) tradesmen where required. However, we can attest to his personal skills and attention to detail with the foundations, drainage, brickwork, roofing, plastering, carpentry, and landscaping. His work was methodical and meticulous, and he always ensured the site was tidy and clean at the end of the day; critical for us when the work was impinging on everyday life in the house.

The end result is everything we hoped for and more and two very happy customers...

Would highly recommend Geoff! He did an impeccable job replacing our drive a couple years ago so when we needed a new garden fence he was the first port of call. Estimates and time scales are accurate, his work is precise and of a very high standard and he always has solution to the little problems that he’s presented with whilst completing the work. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for those small building projects.

REBUILDING GARDEN WALL
Geoff rebuilt my front wall which had been knocked down. It required cutting all the bricks to match the curve of the wall and he did an excellent job. It perfectly matches the existing wall. He was a quick, tidy and polite worker & I woud definitely employ him again.

Another great job by Geoff for us. He’s always friendly, helpful and very hard working. Geoff when the extra mile to make sure that the replastering of our very tired walls was done properly, making sure all the old loose plaster was removed and the walls properly prepared. They’re nearly dry now and look so much better than before. Highly recommended.

Geoff gave a realistic estimate and made an excellent job of replacing several tricky sections of boundary fencing bang on time despite inclement conditions.

Excellent work. Geoff was reliable, punctual and diligent, preparing all the walls and woodwork thoroughly before painting all (hall, stairs, landing, living room, dining room, study and utility room) with care. A tidy, considerate and discrete professional who cleared up well each day. Very happy with Geoff's work and won't hesitate to use him again.

Geoff never brags - he doesn’t need to. Cautious and considered in looking at a job; imaginative and realistic in thinking of options and time; systematic and trustworthy in costing; throughly equipped with tools and materials’ knowledge; precise and caring in execution and clearing up; and nil VAT. What more can you want? Would have been glad to say more.

Geoff has done a number of jobs for us (repointing a large patio area, redecorating two houses, laying granite setts to driveway, new timber suspended floor etc). He has always been reliable, honest and an excellent trades person who can turn his hand to a number of trades. He is also a very tidy worker and protects finishes as he progresses, which is a rare quality these days.

I am from a professional Construction background and would have no hesitation in recommending Geoff based upon my experience to date.

Geoff was recommended to us by our neighbour as we needed someone to replace broken fencing panels and rebuild a wall. It was a tricky job with various different ground levels, angles and materials across our boundary. Geoff worked in a really methodical way, problem solving as he went along and with great precision so the end result is excellent and we are really happy. He was reliable, polite and respectful of our property and of our neighbours. He gave us a detailed quote before starting the works which was a really fair price and had no hidden charges. We will always use him on future jobs and would highly recommend.

Being in a unique position of having not only had Geoff carry out work for me such as Patio, Fencing, Driveway etc, I have also worked with him and worked for him as a Plumber/Gas Engineer. Therefore can vouch first hand his attention to detail and excellent problem solving.

If you are looking for a very competent, reliable contractor Geoff is your man! He was building a wall in Fleet and being impressed with his workmanship I requested a business card.
We needed our porch repaired, he gave us a quote and did a fantastic job for us. He was efficient, precise and very tidy. We were so pleased we asked him to do more work and I recommended him to a friend. He has since done a fantastic job for her.
