"Ik schreef me in voor een proefperiode maar werd nergens duidelijk over overtuigend dat dit automatisch zou worden verhoogd naar een jaarcontract van €1.375,27. Ik heb de cursus nooit aangevat en er nooit gebruik van gemaakt.
Na het melden van mijn situatie — een zwaar sterfgeval en ziekenhuisopname door depressie — werd er zonder enig menselijkheid of begrip onmiddellijk een incassobureau gekozen. Mijn bezwaar werd herhaaldelijk zonder afdoend bewijs van een rechtsgeldige betalingsverplichting.
Wat mij het meest heeft veroorzaakt: dit bedrijf richt zich op mensen met gezondheidsklachten en pijn, maar misbruikt net dat gevoel van kwetsbaarheid. Mensen sterven al kampen met enorme en mentale uitdagingen verdienen begrip en transparantie — niet een incassobureau op hun dak.
Ik heb een klacht ingediend bij de Consumentenombudsdienst en handhaaf mijn bezwaar volledig."
