There are still great UK companies out there & Fylde Sports / Grass / Decking is right up there with the very best. When I first decided to try Composite decking I got several companies to send me samples, Fylde being one of them.
I spoke to a number of these companies & got it whittled down to a couple.
Cameron at Fylde stood out, he is certainly a knowledgeable chap in his field of work. I had many questions as I intended to do the install myself, all answered to my satisfaction. There is also a brilliant tutorial on their web site, highly recommended to check it out.
I ordered my decking along with composite support joists, they were delivered to me 4 days later, brilliant.
The products are proving to be really good quality, following their guidance on installation its highly unlikely for issues to occur.

Wow—what an incredible company! I genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning of my decking journey, the entire team was nothing short of outstanding: helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive.

Josie, Matthew and Cameron were fantastic in guiding me through the selection process, helping me choose the right colour and type of decking to suit my needs. Gary deserves a big thank you as well for his professionalism and kindness during both the delivery and collection stages—especially when we needed to pick up additional boards after underestimating our original order.

A special shout-out goes to William, who truly went above and beyond. He took time out on a Saturday evening and again early Sunday morning to ensure we could cut and collect extra boards from the warehouse—even allowing us to use the electric for our saw. That level of dedication and service is rare and deeply appreciated.

I’m also absolutely thrilled with the decking I’ve been able to lay. The boards are of excellent quality, easy to work with, and the finished result looks fantastic—I couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic service. Will was so helpful and advised on the best artificial grass for our old tired decking. Very quick delivery and quality of grass excellent. We are extremely pleased with the result.

They organise our orders so fast, with excellent to your door delivery and nothing is an issue, quality products and always supply plenty clips and screws and if run short even send you some free extra.

A really helpful and informative company to do business with. We were looking to replace our wooden deck with composite and William was definitely the person to speak to. Nothing was too much trouble and he double vheckef the amounts I was ordering. Delivered exactly when they said they would be and the boards were superb. As a DIY project, I was a bit nervous, but again William talked me through it all and said to ring if I had any issues. I didnt and we are extremely happy with the way it turned out. Would highly Fylde Grass.

Ordered sand infill delivered in a week very pleased good service

Problem with decking boards splitting, just 2 out of 30. Thought under warranty, these would just be changed. How wrong was I….they do not cover spitting, cracking…

Basically it’s a fitting problem…So,.ok, I went through the warranty, basically it’s a waste of time , NOTHING is covered….So before you buy, read details of so called 10 year warranty, it covers absolutely nothing!!!! Just seen another review, that’s had problems with boards too.

Ordered my decking on the Thursday turned up on the Saturday, brilliant service from William and Cameron very easy to talk to . And very helpful would and have recommended to friends and family.

Not the fastest delivery to Aberdeen but value for money and good quality. worth the wait. would use Flyde again.

Very help gentleman called Cameron. phoned up Monday 6th, offered free samples of deck. Delivered the very next day, yesterday. Discount given for my order over the phone today. Delivery of deck on Saturday. Well impressed. Thank you Fylde Grass. Nigel.

Initial thoughts were very good. Quick delivery and great product. However one of the boards was damaged. I sent multiple photos as requested. It looked like it was melted. The reply i got was

“Unfortunately these don't warrant a replacement or refund on the material and we refute that they are damaged whatsoever let alone quite bad damaged as stated. The material is totally fine and can be used. Damage constitutes broken elements of the material which in this case luckily aren't present. We would also need to see significant damage (snapped, split, scratched) which would deem the material unusable and therefore defective and not fit for its purpose.”

Fylde Grass provided several samples at a range of prices which I found to be superior to those supplied by several other sellers and settled on one which was competitively priced and which was promptly delivered. I am delighted with the result

Not a bad company to deal with. Ordered composite decking off them in Sept and it got delivered quickly, and it was free delivery also. Price was decent, cheaper than most others. The clips take a while to get used to but just took my time. Would recommend. Nick

Everything you read about this company is all true. Great service. William is very helpful and made the ordering of my decking very easy. The price was competitive and the quality of product was excellent. Delivery was very fast… great as I live in the Highlands. Definitely would recommend this company. A+++
