Bad customer service. Didn't do right.

I purchased a subscription of 6 toothpastes to be delivered every 3 months and a travel size toothpaste. The only one that arrived was the travel size toothpaste. I contacted customer service within the 14 day time frame to report my missing package and they have not issued me a refund or a replacement. The customer service takes a long time to respond and when they did respond they didn't say how they were going to resolve the issue, but instead told me to check my porch again, that they'll notify their warehouse, and other things. I've talked to their customer service for 4 going on 5 days with no resolution or mention on their part to refund me or replace my missing items.
I don't recommend this company.

Fear-Based Marketing and No Customer Support

Mark, Fygg's founder, promotes the view that mint is detrimental to the oral microbiome and advises avoiding mint-containing toothpastes, despite mint being included in some Fygg formulations. I also emailed several times over a period of months asking a simple question about gargling with salt water and never received a reply.

I found the weekly marketing emails relied heavily on creating fear about competing products while positioning Fygg as the solution. The products are also very expensive and aren't readily available outside the US, making them difficult to purchase internationally.

Overall, while I was interested in the science behind the products, the inconsistent messaging, lack of customer support, and marketing approach reduced my confidence in the brand.
