I have not had a reply several months

I have not had a reply in months. The initial interaction was steady but than they kept asking for more cash. This was not part of the original investment plan. When it became apparent there was nothing more forthcoming all communication stopped.

David Malo was a total scam

David Malo was a total scam. He was supposedly to be working for Traderhouse. They have such excellent services when they are trying to coax you to put money in. They will lure you in with a few huge “gains”. When I started to ask to withdraw money I suddenly lost most of my money. When I asked to withdraw the rest, suddenly they lost it all when I told them very clearly I wanted to stop investing.

Blame myself for being greedy and thinking I can make a quick buck. But now I will make it a mission to make sure no one falls for Traderhouse ever again.

I've been trying for nearly a year to get my deposit back. Due to unforseen circumstances I changed my mind and was assured that it would be deposited in my account. Although I am a valued customer (🙄) not a single penny has been paid back. Just scammers - just keep your money under a mattress

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. I have just been scammed. I started with a small investment of 250 Euros on the 21st of August to which they claimed to have added an equivalent amount to enhance my trading and after a while I was asked to increase the amount with a promise to match whatever I put in and double the amount. I refused. The money continued to trade and eventually got to about £720.00 on the platform.
I noticed that it stopped trading at this point and I requested to withdraw the money and close the account on the 30th of September 2021.
The so called customer service responded that the payment was being processed since I had met all the KYC requirements.
This deceit continued from week to week and at about the middle of November the account was closed and I could no longer log into the account.
Every email that I sent has since been ignored.
Please be warned, they are SCAMMERS.
Don't waste your money

Your only hope for a successful…

Your only hope for a successful withdrawal is to use a complaint resolution network service provider like BrokerFraudComplaint.
David Malo of fxctinvestments abused me and defrauded me of all my hard-earned money. I immediately read online that fxct is a scam, so I decided to look for an entity that could help me with the repossession of my money, which I fortunately discovered.
BrokerfraudComplaint enforced this.

I just want to report this company as a Scam

I just want to report this company as a scammer . I've been contacted in July 2021 from a person named Dave Baker who explained me how the platform works . He helped me to open an account and deposit £250 and then when I was able to buy cryptocurrency he gave me the contact of a certain Don Richards but I think this is another name made up. I have been told that I was making some money in a daily basis but unfortunately after a month I was under £20 . From that day this Don Richards chased me constantly because he wanted me to invest more money if I wanted to make a bigger profit , thanks god that the value of my cryptocurrency went down so I decided to wait another month and suddenly the value of it went from £230 ish up to £265.96 . At that point I decided to close my account because I didn't believe in this company anymore and I submitted a withdrawal request but due to technical issues I couldn.t get my money back so I tried to contact the customer service several times in every way but they always told me that they passed the information to the right department and the issue would've been sorted out really soon. I tried to contact Dave Baker but no reply and at the end I messaged the trader Don Richards who always replied that he would've spoken to the customer service to sort the issue out but nothing . In a while I was waiting to be contacted from this company someone from FXCT has withdrawn £50 pounds from my account . If I won't be contacted from the company and receive all £265.96 before the end of the 2021 I will probably contact a company which can deal with it and bring all my money back home . Also if this review will be cancelled from trust pilot as I have seen a review which was pointing out I will post the same review over and over to warn new investers about this company ..

It is most definitely a scam

It is most definitely a scam, sadly, I was stupid enough to fall for it and you read all the reviews, positive it may sound but none, NONE actually says about making a profit... Indeed there is NO WAY one can get the money back
