Turmeric and Marmite?
My wife and I have been taking the turmeric tablets for more than a year and certainly, in my case, I feel the benefit in terms of reduced pains to the upper legs when moving. The tablets arrive promptly and taking them is straightforward.
I would like your opinion on an observation I have made. Having not eaten marmite for many years, just two months ago, on impulse, I started taking marmite on a more or less daily basis. Coincidentally, the remaining pains I had in my upper legs, despite the turmeric, reduced significantly. My question is whether the yeast-based vitamin Bs are acting symbiotically with the turmeric? And were that to be the case, maybe worth considering?

That's a very interesting observation about marmite! B vitamins are important for many aspects of health, including supporting normal muscle function and the nervous system. It's certainly possible that you were a little low in some of the B vitamins, and increasing your intake may have helped with some muscle function restoration.
