Really informative and valuable session. Several key takeaways that can be applied in the workplace and personal. The presenters were extremely engaging and this is a course that I would definitely recommend others to attend.

Building Morale webinar was very informative and interesting. Sunna was a great presenter...i have no idea what the other lady's name was but they both were very good in explaining. I would sure recommend.

David delivered a really well planned Compassionate Leadership webinar. There was a real depth of knowledge of the narrative and the models used were explained really clearly and I found them to be extremely helpful. This is obviously a subject that Future Proof Learning care about and promote. I can't wait for the next webinar!

Covered the topic well

Had a really excellent session on assertiveness with David and Sunna. They were wonderful mentors, talking about their own experiences and letting us share ours. David and Sunna's wealth of knowledge and experience in assertiveness shone through and they shared practical tips and strategies that were backed by evidence and real-world examples. Their ability to distill complex concepts into digestible information made the learning process enjoyable and accessible to all.

Thanks to David and Sunna's assertiveness class I have experienced a significant positive shift in my confidence and communication skills. I now approach challenging situations with a newfound sense of empowerment and have learned how to be 'fierce, but not angry'. Thanks again David and Sunna for a wonderful learning experience!

I participate in Future Proof Learning’s free occasional hour-long Webinars whenever I can. This one on Overcoming Procrastination was particularly good. FPL director David Maltman is a top notch trainer and facilitator who provided the academic context whilst he drew out and discussed participants real-life examples and experiences. These sessions are not to be missed.

I joined the "Future Proof Learning Webinar - Overcoming Procrastination" which was a free 60 minute webinar with hints, tips and discussion on how to deal with procrastination.
Although some of the recommendations were things I already knew, there are always nuggets of valuable information and the structure of the session was very good. I'll look out for these in the future, as well as the other services which Future Proof Learning offer.

Everything, the session was very informative and I am inspired to take action. As a participant I felt heard, validated and understood. I learnt a lot from other as well.

The facilitator was warm, kind and respectful, consistent with his delivery.

The online session facilitated by David Maltman was thought provoking, easy to understand and above all friendly and inclusive. The session was also the perfect length for those with busy diaries.

A great chance to connect with other like minded professionals and share views on an important topic.

I have attended a few webinars given by David, and they have been excellent. The most recent webinar was The Power of Sleep. David is very knowledgeable and skilled in covering the topic area. He engages very well with the audience and gives them an opportunity to share their experiences. As well as drawing on knowledge from his own experience David uses research from other sources. At the end of each session, he provides details/links for further reading which have been most helpful.

I found the webinar so informative and thought provoking. As always with any of the FPL webinars that I have attended. I appreciate the sharing of the presentations following the session too. David is really flexible with his time and encourages group discussion which I enjoy. Highly recommended.

I've been at several of the online (Zoom) seminars that Future Proof Learning have run this year, on a wide range of interesting business/team/leadership/personal subjects - they've all been very well organised with a great mix of attendees, and David (host) has always ensured there's a nice friendly atmosphere plus a good balance between him providing useful information and the attendees being able to give input and also discuss it in smaller groups.

The wealth of research and knowledge behind the sessions that are run by future proof learning is clear and leads to insightful and thought provoking discussions.
