Sent the wrong door to our installer 1st time round and then failed to coordinate with the frame benders on template and measurements the 2nd time around. Due to this, it took 8 months for our correct door to be installed and fitted. Customer service completely messed us and our installer around. Even when I reached out for help the company palmed us off. Absolute shocking way to treats customers and suppliers.

Future products have been contacted recently (Oct-25) via there installer/distributer (location West Cumbria) regards composite door discolouration (door is only a few years old). The (future products) company response was it’s the property owner who has either applied a cleaning product and/or pressure washed the door, therefore it’s not a warranty issue. Absolute nonsense and clearly customer service and quality of product isn’t the core value of their business.
Significant business and value has been purchased from this company on a bespoke architect new build property.
Buyer be weary on composite door or other product purchases from this supplier (you have been warned).
01-Feb-26: Please contact your distributor Cumbria Superglaze (Workington), 01900 68501 and speak to Andrea who is supporting the customer (end user).

I had a problem with the door that was installed by a contractor who disappeared. After making contact with the supplier , Future products and the Sales Director. The company have resolved the issue and sending a new door, in the right colour too. After months of getting the run around from contractors the original manufacture has resolved the problem. I would like to thank future products for their support and help in resolving the issue.

Very poor-quality doors! with massive colour and grain difference.
You should be ashamed of yourself! How quality control can allow very bad product to leave the factory.
If you have a little attention to details, overall taste you wouldn't allow send product like this to customer.
It just means that it's the quantity that counts, not the quality!
Edited after receiving a response from Future Products : I ordered Solidcore composite door and end up with very poor quality painted GRP composite doors, attributable to an ordering error by your recommended approved installer.

Poor quality doors! One wasn’t made to the specification so they don’t appear to have any quality control (don’t understand how they could dispatch it when it was the wrong colour), and a scratch made during manufacturing was just touched up with paint - without any acknowledgement.
Additionally, a further door was delivered and the driver was apparently unaware that it had already been paid for (as he expected payment on delivery). Don’t understand how they would make a bespoke door, and dispatch it, without checking if it had been paid for!
Not a competent company.
These doors are a complete joke. The material is very poor, and the finish is terrible. They have dents and scratches, and the hinges are already loose. A waste of money.

Purchased composite door from door fitter after recommendation from neighbour. We paid more than neighbours and after a short while the surround started falling off and door is very draughty. Fitter long gone of course and after being promised a replacement in July, we were given a date of 1st October but there is still no sign of any new door. Very disappointed with after sales
service as well as product.

We purchased a new front door and pvcu windows for installation through one of Future Products recommended installers. The lead time was excellent. Door and windows are top quality and very secure. Highly recommend.
Easy ordering system, quick turnaround, dispatch team highly efficient and cooperative . Best to communicate by email.
Excellent variety of door styles with glass options and the latest hardware to choose from.
The only thing we need now is your updated brochure to support our sales team to sell the products :)
