My debit card details were leaked from this website and caused fraudulent orders to be made. This site is the only place I used my debit card details in order to pay utility bills because they allow instant transfer of funds when using a debit card. I would be very cautious adding your card and banking details to this site. They may have a data breach on their hands which they are not disclosing.
My debit card was hacked, which has been incredibly stressful and upsetting. What made the whole situation worse is the total lack of support from customer service. I tried calling and using live chat, but nobody was helpful. Their system forced me to fill out every single suspicious transaction one at a time, and when I tried, it kept glitching. The “submit” button wouldn’t work, and I had to re-enter the same information and dates repeatedly.
It feels like nobody at this company is willing to actually help. I still don’t have a clear answer or a replacement card, which is unacceptable. My card should have been canceled immediately to prevent further fraud. To make things worse, I never received any alerts about the suspicious transactions, only a message when my balance was almost gone. That’s deeply concerning for my security.
This whole experience has been sad and honestly traumatizing. I need real support to fix this, not faulty systems and unanswered messages.
