The jersey is good quality but the numbers is comming off after i had washed it

Decent quality, quick arrival. Only complaint is the tracking of the package. It's a bit weird, and you don't get a confirmation when it's delivered. But yeah, decent quality

I ordered a kit, and one month later my bank contacted me to inform me that several fraudulent transactions had been attempted using my card. This website is the only one in recent memory where I entered my card details. Several other people have shared similar stories. £15 football kits are not worth risking hundreds being stolen from your bank account. I’ve never had this happen with any other website.

I recommend ordering from JoyFootball, as this website is a scam. I ordered 3 months ago and still haven’t received anything. Never trust brands like this.

ships from china, delivery takes over a month, quality is bad as it has many stitching issues + people say about quick support, but it seems the website has a lot of fake reviews same as here, i dont think big companies always reply to all emails they get, seems like bots make the reviews and they reply to them at once, so think before you order from cheap websites like this

after the information it will take 10-15 business days
I wrote an email after a whole month if there is any information about my order.

Customer Service rudely replied and didn’t help.

It’s the 8th of December, no reply, no package yet.

Apparently it’s to rude to ask about a order you already paid for.

altough it was unclear when my package was gonna arrive as i revieved no shipping updates but it was worth the wait

My shirt came just as expected, maybe even a bit earlier. I would suggest getting a size up when ordering. Great shop and will buy again in the future, many times
