Fust ruins the good name of Miele
In June 22 I bought a Miele washer. Installed and set by Fust. It was working. But the plates were not clean enough and the washer itself remained dirty. I thought it is because of me. So I bought Miele Cleaner. Different salt. Nothing helped. The Washer looked more and more as if a baby puked into it. Finally I contacted Fust and forced that Miele engineer comes to see what's wrong. The problem was that the Washer was not properly set. At this time the door inside was eroded and thus looking dirty. Thereafter I had my "pleasure" to discuss with Fust Customer Service. As the machine ist still under guarantee I required either a total exchange for a new one. Of course a Supporter wanted to put blame on me! This discussion was not a nice experience. Finally it was me who suggested to exchange the door only. The Supporter wanted to call me next day. Until today no call, no email, nothing. My today's telcon with Fust drove me nuts. The lady on the phone was not able to find me in their Customers Data Base. She needed data such as PO number and many other things. No chance to find me by name and address. Finally we stopped. No solution, bad mood.
It ist astonishing, that such a good company as Miele works with Fust (customer's rating of F. falling!).
@Fust: do not send your standard reply that one can see after each customer's complaint.
This Company is not able to improve!

The most terrible service I have ever witnessed!!!!! They did not deliver my package. They do not accept liability and say I need to contact police. For what? To report criminals like yourself? Fust is the worst company that ever existed.
They take your money and do not deliver the package. Moreover, they are rude, never apologized for their mess and still refuse to reimburse me.

I ordered a present for a house warming…
I ordered a present for a house warming party at your shop. As it was announced on the website, it was supposed to arrive between 7th and 9th of December. But the package arrived only the next week, 13th of December. It was quite embarassing because I had to go to a party 10th of December without a present.

As unreliable as it gets
As unreliable as it gets! I bought two iPhones at the end of October, including a request to be patient as the phones would be delivered in 4-6 weeks.
After missing two consecutive delivery dates mentioned by the business' operations team themselves, I just received another message flagging an even further delay.
Stay away from them and go for any other shop. Plenty of similar opportunities in Switzerland and it cannot go as bad!

Unusable photo camera, no answer on my email
I ordered a photo camera Sony a7 IV. The product is not usable. It arrived with something moving inside it and when I opened the cap the sensor is actually moving inside. I wrote to them and got no answer. This is my first time buying something from Fust and for sure i will not buy anything else never again.

Not really organized for delivery…
Not really organized for delivery conditions. We went to Aarau 3 times for this small product pick up.
Anyway we had also the same issue some months ago.
I think I should not buy online from FUST anymore.

Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. I ordered a small oven the 23rd of October 2022 and paid it with debit card. Online was written: "in 4 to 7 workdays delivered".
I waited until the 9th of November and my order was always "in processing". So, nothing was delivered. That day I called and I was given another number to call. I tried it, but the lines were always busy.
Then I tried the chat, but the seller told me that he couldn't see the order details. Apparently, they are only to advise you before you buy something.
So, I used the contact from from the website. I only got the auto reply, but no answer from a human. So, I called again the 15th of November and they told me that they will contact the supplier.
I waited until the 21st of November and called one more time. I was told again that they contacted the supplier, but didn't get any answer.
Ok, I decided to wait until the 25th of November. I called back and the answer was the same: they contacted the supplier, but didn't get any answer. So, I canceled my order: 2018363730. Finally they told me that I will have to wait for the refund :-(
I really find this a lack of respect with the client. Why don't you have any alert system that tells you when an order is taking too long. It seems that at your company nobody cares if the customer has to wait. You also don't care about contacting the supplier and having an answer.
I will really thing twice before buying something from you again.

I got an email from Trustpilot telling me that Fust required more information: Full name, phone, and reference; I was told that if this wasn't done, the review were going to be deleted. The order number was already in the initial review, so Fust can already check this. I don't find this a good tactic to make negative reviews to get deleted.
I also find the reply from Fust (see above), a ridiculous answer. I know that international deliveries can be delayed, this is not the question here. The thing is that they never inform the customer about this, so, you always have to call and ask what's going on; otherwise you will have wait indefinitely
