Fusions whole team made me feel safe and comfortable at every stage, from the initial first appointment I was given a clear plan and everything went smooth.

They are a fabulous team and I now have a beautiful set of teeth which feel and look natural.

Fusion is a family of all sorts of people that have come together to make a remarkable dentistry practice. The journey of getting implants can be a long one (in my case 6+ months) but when I arrive everytime at Fusion after a long journey to get there it is always a feeling of togetherness and a journey of taking someone from whatever situation they are in to a transformation in the mouth. I have hardly after top teeth remaining when I arrived at Fusion and although the implant procedure feels scary it is incredibly smooth and really a fraction of the overall journey, which involves different checkups, and temporary teeth all the way to choosing a permanent set of teeth to the way that suits you. What will stand out the most for me is a building in the middle of cardiff that could be anything, but inside is a team transforming lives and incredibly specialised and talented at what they do!

Fusion always goes above and beyond patient care, had my first hygiene appointment here as I joined their dental plan, and it’s the first ever time it didn’t hurt! Totally amazing experience thank you Jamie!

From the first telephone call / enquiry to my first assessment / appointment I can honestly say that I was put at ease straight away. I knew that due to medical issues my teeth were in a bad way, I was not judged or told off just welcomed and given great advice. We sorted out a treatment plan on a time scale to suit me and I started my journey last September. I have been looked after, cared for by the whole team. To think that going abroad to get the cheap dental work done for the perfect smile is not the case, I found out the hard way.
Lucky for me I found Fusion dentists in Cardiff, I had my consultation with them where they explained my teeth and options available to me. I decided to have the all on 4 method to both upper and lower jaws.
That was 26th September 2025, I am now writing this review on the 23rd March 2026 and can honestly say that I am over the moon with the work they have done to give me my smile back.
I would whole heartedly recommend anyone to come here and see Mike for any dental work they need.
The work they do is fantastic and affordable.

From the very 1st appointment I felt very at ease and listened to I'm not frightened of the dentist it's where I felt vulnerable but that was not the case at fusion my surgery was amazing not pain and conscious sedation is fantastic my healing went well following appointments leading up to my final bridges were brilliant and the end result blew me away this process has changed my life and that is not an exaggeration thank you fusion for giving me the smile I've longed for since the age of 13.

Fusion gave me an appointment within 2 days of calling for a loose crown screw on one of my implants ( they did not install my implants). Response time, communication, willingness to treat a non registered patient and really going above and beyond from Katy Hulse couldn't have been better. She was a superstar ambassador for this business and it was clear she loves her job. Well done!

I had my front teeth knocked out when I was very young, put back in at the roots but never quite were right. On that basis I have always lacked confidence at the dentist. I had caps on them in my mid 30’s and waited till I was 52 to approach any implant company. From the moment I visited Fusion I was completely at ease and everyone I came into contact with was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Having my trip arch done from start to finish has been an amazing experience, they couldn’t do enough to help me and have been incredibly kind and thoughtful all either way through. I had my final set out in today and I just cannot believe it, they look more real than my original teeth. Anyone out there putting this off due to fear or worry, my advice would be go to see Fusion and experience what I did. There won’t be many people more afraid of the dentist than me when I went and now I wish I had done it years ago.

I have known and dealt with Mike and Guy at fusion for many years .recently I had a full upper arch restoration. the whole team are the kindest most professional people I have ever dealt with if you need this kind of work done look no further in my opinion simply the best there is .thank you all its life changing

From start to finish the whole experience was amazing; not the sort of statement you usually associate with the dentist. The interaction was very professional, with comprehensive assessments and clear options given with regards treatment. They did exactly what I wanted with no hard sell and the results were great. Then there’s the staff, from dentist to receptionist, I’ve never been treated so well. Would I recommend; 100% Yes!

My journey started on 04 March when I made a call to Fusion.
To say I was terrified was an understatement, but Jillian the treatment coordinator who took my call was amazing. It was her warmth, compassion and professionalism that got me to take the first step.
She pulled out all stops and arranged an appointment for 06 March.
I had the initial assessment conducted by Mike Fuse the Practice Principle who was also amazing.
By the time I left I was booked for full implants on 20 March.
The procedure was conducted by Guy McLellan the Principal Implant Surgeon supported by his incredible team, sadly way to many for me to name individually.
I had my final treatment appointment on 16 Oct.
To put it in simple terms, Fusion has totally changed my life, in fact they have given me my life back.
I have a lovely smile, I eat what I want and my confidence is off the scale.
Every staff member of Fusion are simply unbelievably amazing.
If you are worried, terrified and don’t feel you are brave enough to take the first step…….my strong advice is - ring FUSION, they can change your life.

OMG what can I say ……. If you have problems with your teeth or missing teeth Fusion is where you need to go. The service I personally received was exemplary. A huge thank you to Mike, Guy and the staff for their patience and support. I was overwhelmed and delighted with the final result. I now have a dazzling smile, lovely teeth and can eat whatever I want. Pay them a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

My experience with fusion was staff and especially DrGuy McLellan my implant surgeon and Mr Mike Fuse very professional in all areas.
Also made me feel very relax along with being kind and caring.
My treatment was over a period of months and the results were excellent.
I would recommend fusion due to my experience being superb.
