I had some issues with one of the companies by bills were under, I contacted one utility and spoke to Jasmin M, she was nothing short of amazing. Listened to the issues and resolved them within 24 hours. Had fantastic communication throughout. I cannot thank her enough

Lovely folks, can’t recommend enough
Since we first setup the package with them last year we’ve had nothing but lovely support from Jack back then and when having any questions or concerns their support have always been lovely, such as Jasmin today who quickly helped explain something to me, lovely folks :)

Great Service from Erica today via the online chat service...Thank you :-)
My son is in his 2nd year with FUSED Bills and we have always had good service from them. Got really good priced contracts both years. Easy to get hold of and really like the fact that there is always a real person at the end of the line...whether that be online or on the phone!! They take ownership of any problems and work to get them resolved as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend them.
