I don't know about customer service
I don't know about customer service , but the quality of the products is horrible. I'm a normal standard male , i don't have huge shoulders , but the jacket is so tight around my chest and shoulders and soooo big in the waste area , i can fit a pregnant woman under.Ski jacket without membrane is not a ski jacket(no water proof). Breathability is ZERO. Basically the ski outfit is for posing ONLY. No technical capabilities/ properties whatsoever. The membrane Fusalp uses , it is approved by them, and no name (a joke). Kjus, Toni Sailer ,Descente etc brands use Dermizax and other high quality membrane 20k/20k. My unbranded 22 Euro shell jacket has more technical properties and fits better.
P.S Ice Peak brand (cheap) uses better soft shell fabric.

Our collections are designed and developed between France and Italy, in collaboration with renowned suppliers in Japan, Korea, Switzerland, Italy, and France. Some of our technical fabrics are specifically developed for Fusalp according to our own requirements for performance, comfort, and durability, which is why they do not necessarily carry a standardized commercial name.
Our products are designed to offer technical performance suitable for various uses, allowing a smooth transition between city and mountain. Each piece has a specific cut and fit. To this end, we provide a detailed size guide for each product, accessible via the “Find My Size” option on our product pages.

Good product just not very good packaging even when I ordered a £1400 coat just came in plastic bag. Fusalp gloves no glove bag etc
I ordered a bogner jacket came in a great presentation box plus a coat cover for it.
Just need to make you feel like your buying an expensive product when unboxing
