An easy and relatively straightforward transaction. However, there was a problem with the payment page, as it was not displaying the Credit Card authorisation page correctly. This meant it was only possible to pay using a third-party application. (PayPal, Google Pay and one other, whose name I can't remember). Once this became apparent, the transaction went through without any further problems.
It is recommended that potential customers contact them before placing an order, as their website doesn't always accurately reflect current stock levels.
Delivery took eight working days. Customers will be contacted by the selected delivery agent and kept updated with their progress, from the item being collected from the supplier through to delivery. Tracking information and the ability to change the delivery day will be shown in the delivery email.
Remember, this company is based in Plymouth, UK. NOT South Africa, as some reviewers seem to think!

I'm so disappointed at furnmart I've been paying my account every month I have never missed a payment but my account is not going down. For example last month my balance was R5009.33 and they debited the R541 month end but my current balance is 4700 why is that? It's not only this month they have been doing this for a while now I'm supposed to be done with this account but the balance just won't go down. I'm never buying at your shop again 😔

A 5 star service in challenging circumstances
I used furmart for the purchase of a bed frame and a mattress. The experience itself has been challenging, as both the purchases experienced some delays (particularly the bed which took a significant amount of time to be delivered). However, this was not caused by furnmart, who, on their part, put all their efforts to keep me updated on any progress and offered alternatives; a praise to Joseph for that. Were minor issues occurred, they took note of that and provided support. In the end everything got delivered. To note also that Joseph always provided me with suggestions on the choice of the mattress and answered also to all the questions I had.
While the experience itself has been challenging (again, for reason beyond the control of furnmart), the customer service provided was excellent and certainly had a positive impact and made everything way more sustainable. I think, therefore that 5 stars is well deserved on this occasion.
I’ll probably buy from them again, as I know I will always find support if any issues occur. As for the quality, I am happy, so far, with both my bed (love the style and the material) and my mattress (comfortable), although I cannot fully comment on durability, as they are still pretty new.
Recommended family run business
Upon receiving my order the company owner immediately contacted me to advise that there may be a delay in delivery and so offered me higher priced alternatives at no additional cost. Because my son had his heart set on this particular bed I stuck with the original and Furnmart then gave me a price match offer against another online retailer reducing the price by around 10%.
When the item eventually came in stock Joseph at Furnmart contacted me to arrange delivery at a date that was convenient to me.
The item itself is as described and, although the assembly isn’t for the faint hearted, my son is very happy indeed!
