booked a collection small coffee table and large solid oak desk, upon collection took coffee table with very little inspection but refused large desk for some slight marking which I found odd since I purchased a chest of drawers to recycle a few days before from this company that was in a lot worse shape the impression it got was more a case didn’t not want to have to move the item rather than it being not suitable.

I bought a bedside cabinet that matched other furniture that I have. It is good quality, and was a good price. I was very happy with the communication with Lewis, who replied quickly to emails, ensuring the item was delivered OK. Thank you.

Customer service was excellent from Lewis. I spoke to him on the phone and through email and he was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, and very much recommend.

I needed to match some furniture that I had originally purchased back in 2015. FP Online matched the furniture and went above and beyond to ensure that the handles matched also.

Fantastic company, wish we’d found them years ago. Good communication regarding delivery, delivery drivers friendly and accommodating. I had sprained my ankle and on crutches, they very kindly brought the corner unit into our lounge and took away the packing. Excellent service. Definitely recommend and will use again. 😀

Excellent quality of goods - price and 'Old School' service. Which is sadly lacking with some other companies these days.

I ordered a Baumhaus island from Furniture plus online and received a substantial saving compared to quoted prices from other companies . The island had an expected delivery date of two weeks, so I was extremely happy that it arrived within 10 days , yet other companies were quoting up to 3+months. I have nothing but praise for this company and would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them to others .

I’ve bought several high-quality items from this company over the years and have never had a bad experience. My most recent order had a flaw with a piece of furniture and Lewis went above and beyond to replace it, to the point where the item was assembled for me to ensure it had no flaws. Excellent customer service, I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I was a customer of this company when they had their store on our local retail park as were two members of my immediate family. Customer service and after care were always excellent as was the quality of the products that they sell. When their store closed down we were really disappointed but were delighted to find that they were still trading on line. We have just taken delivery of a complete bedroom suite. Quality of the product is first class as always. Customer service from pre-order up to delivery and a follow up from me was every bit as good as in the past. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this company to anyone I know. Lewis is exactly the type of person that I would want to be dealing with for any transaction as he is friendly, flexible and he actually cares about the experience that you have.

I've bought furniture from Furniture Plus on several ocassions and have always been pleased with the service. Once they even had to dismantle two wardrobes to get them upstairs and then put them back together.
