amazing start to finish

After months of waiting for the table to arrive, the leaf was damaged and unusable. Both end pieces were snapped and hardware bent. Contacted furniture pick and after much back and forth was able to get them to replace it. Instead they only wanted to replace the damaged pieces for me to assemble, which was fine. After another couple months of waiting, only one of the broken pieces arrived. Would recommend using a local company.

The Curved Dark Gray Brookside sofa and loveseat set is beautiful. The texture and gold trim is perfect. It also came with four pillows. I love it. The delivery was smooth and the guys handled it with care. I paid extra for the white glove service but it was worth it.

I was weary about purchasing from somewhere new but took the chance based on all of the great reviews I read. I am SO happy that I did. Same product elsewhere $500- $600 more.. for the exact same fireplace TV stand! The product is perfect absolutely zero flaws, delivery was amazing and on time! I highly recommend FurniturePick!

The 2 guys who set up are wicker furniture were down to earth guys and making sure the furniture was put together correctly. I would clearly buy from furniture Pick again. The same furniture through a major furniture store was almost 800 dollars more.

Received what I ordered in good condition. Communication on delivery was great. Not a speedy delivery, (snow may have had an impact), but this was fine as we were flexible. Would order again through furniture pick.com

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I waited 2 months for my first order of 5 pc living room furniture. When it finally arrived, 3 pieces were severely damaged. Their customer service is a joke and had to call atleast 30 times. Took 3 more months to have them pick up damaged furniture and deliver replacement pieces. They never let me know they were coming to pick up old items which thankfully I was home. But I was not comfortable letting 2 men in my home but had no choice. They left all the heavy boxes outside. The boxes were all ripped up!!! 2 items damaged AGAIN!!!!!! The set is nice quality but not worth 5 months waiting!!!!! Despite asking for a partial refund on multiple occasions and they pass the buck and tell you the same lame excuses every time. NOT WORTH IT!!

All 5star reviews are fake. They just misinform and waisting people’s time. They show that product is in stock but in real it is not. After you order it they contact you a couple days later and ask to wait two-three months until they contact manufacturer to make your order. Do not trust reviews on their website. FAKE!!!’

The furniture was beyond wonderful. The price was great, and the delivery was perfect with the white glove service.

I absolutely love my furniture. The quality is excellent — it’s heavy, sturdy, and beautifully made. The color is exactly what I wanted and it really upgraded my space. You can tell it’s well crafted and built to last.

The only downside was the delivery time. I was given a window from 4 PM to 8 PM, but they arrived at 8:45 PM. I understand delays happen, but better communication would have helped.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend them for the quality of their furniture.

the process was seamless. ordered and a week later i got my couch. they showed up on time for delivery with no issues. the couch was better then i imagined!

This company is a scam! I placed an order on January 12th, I never received a tracking number. I called and emailed multiple times and was told I would receive one soon and the order was in transit. It has been over 30 days, I’ve requested a refund and have yet to receive one! The manager called after I left a review saying if I don’t delete it they won’t return the package!
