I ordered a "Salisbury" kingsize metal bed from this company on the 1st of April this year. I was notified of an inital delay, which was acceptable, however subsequent customer service contact was virtually non-existent. I had to keep contacting them with regards to delivery and was promised delivery "very soon" which never materialised. I am a patient person (too patient!) as after 113 DAYS (yes 113 days) of waiting I had had enough, and requested a refund. They tell me the refund has been authorised, but i'm not holding my breath.

If you want to avoid dissapointment *do not* use this company

I bought the Apollo calypso double sided memory foam mattress for 295.00 .The mattress was nicely packed though not delivered at the time given by driver.

having read that so many companies take 5 weeks to deliver, this company delivered in days and at the time i wanted. Very amenable, affordable and helpful.

I got two bed for my new house . Arrived on time and has the best price I could afford. After months of searching I was recommended to this site. I have no doubt about the quality ... because its simply amazing. great style and fits my pocket. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Bought a TV bed last friday recieved it today...couldn't believe my luck when I landed on your website. Most companies are charging twice the amount you are charging. I can now afford 1more for my son.....I'm very satisfied with your services. Keep it up!

After spending hours searching for quality i came across your company even though i had doubts ordering but i was taken by suprise by excellent customer service which is not found in big companies and the fast delivery of my items which i must say were top quality.

I'm a hotel owner. I ordered 30 headboards and 15 mattresses from these guys. Can't express how happy I am with their services. The price was unbelievably low and to make it sweet the goods arrived within 24 hours. couldn't ask for a better service than this....Well don guys!!!

I've been impressed with your excellent service. I've just recieved the bed which I ordered on Tuesday night. I doubts before buying due to your low prices which i thought would compromise the quality of your service but i'm very happy now and would definitely recomend your company to friends and family.

From start to finish I had an excellent service. I was kept informed on my order status. On contacting the store, the customer service was great and very helpful. I called the driver and was given a precise delivery time that suites me. Will use again and also highly recomend.

Totally disgusted with the service recieved from these guys. After a massive delay in rec my divan bed, I decide to ignore the excuses, and drive down to this company myself to collect my order, but then shocked to be told they do not even have the stock they charged me for, as it is sent from another company??????????Do not buy from this company.
