Excellent service
From the day of order to the day of delivery ( 2 days).
When i got my 1st set of sofas I wasn't happy, not because they weren't nice because they were just small and compact for me, I called Furniture Instore. I was able to have them replaced with a different set of sofas and all this within 1 week.
Absolutely wonderful service provided and a joy to speak to them right through to the delivery people. Such friendly staff and experience.

Sofa arrived at 06:10 the exact date able to see tracking through the email.

Roma leather recliner sofa and chairs
Ordered a roma recliners 2 seater sofa and 2 chairs from ordering online got a call on wednesday to say it would be delivered on friday between 9-11 am it arrived on the scheduled time the 2 delivery drivers were very polite did the job perfect from unpacking them to putting them inside the property also you can pay cash on delivery would highly recommend the company

Ordering over the phone was easy. Delivered the suite up to Scotland within a week. Delivery drivers were excellent. Rated 2 * as we are very disappointment with the leather on the suite, it looks plastic and cheap and not like what is advertised on the website.
