Great service
I had an incorrect part in my pack and it was no trouble to get this sorted and another was sent out straightaway

Refusing to give a refund, false advertisement about free returns. Was made to do the 60 Night trial even though I told them within 14 days I don't want it. Customer service is absolutely abysmal, no one has a clue what they're doing or even know their own company rules. Was told so many different things by so many people. Their customer service line is now suddenly unavailable. Mattress is of such poor quality. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Had a great experience with furnitureful. Ordered my bed and mattress on Friday afternoon, and in line with their 48 hour delivery this was at my door bright and early on Sunday morning! The bed went well together, and the mattress together has transformed my room.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The quality of the mattress is abysmal and they make it virtually impossible to return. I believe their returns policy is actually against the law and I am currently escalating a complaint to relevant authorities. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered the ottoman bed and mattress for my sons room, looks fabulous. Easy to order arrived the next day and had really good communication from the team. Will definitely use again. Thank you

I received a mattress very quick but in days I was concerned with spring noise. I was contacted and asked about product. I explained my concerns and was told they would look into it.
Having heard nothing I contacted them and was asked who had contacted me. I had no idea but again explained my concerns.
They got back to me asking me to video the problem.
Now I asked, how was I to video 2 people laying on a mattress and awaiting a spring noise. I have heard nothing back.
I suggest try purchasing elsewhere and take no notice of their return promise.
No more correspondence from them but I've now been asked to verify my purchase with TrustPilot, which I have done.
Mattress still bad and not helping with my bad back.
Going through payment bank, Furniture full states they would issue a full refund on receipt of mattress.
Has anyone tried to find a courier to ship a mattress? Impossible and the knew it.

IThey would get zero stars if I could but I wanted to write this to make sure other people are not ripped off.

This company use XDP as their courier - read their reviews to see how bad they are. The courier forged my signature on a fake delivery note (2 weeks after it was meant to arrive) and so I have no goods and furnitureful have not refunded my money although they acknowledged the courier was not performing.

I have a crime reference number and have been in touch with my credit card company but 3 months on from placing the order I am still out of pocket.

You have been warned!

I received a King size mattress from FurnitureFul and it was delivered in good time and well packaged and I love the mattress it is very conformable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for mattress.

I was surprised by the price only at £129.99 and that is was memory foam.

Would NOT recommend this company. False advertised FREE RETURNS (only if unopened!) Ordered a memory foam mattress and received one with springs. Made to do the 60 day trial when I told them "I didn't want the mattress as it was uncomfortable"
Customer service is awful, not helpful and felt scammed.

Mattress is extremely comfortable and arrived within 2 days. Nothing more you could ask for.

Very pleased with our new mattress! Arrived very quickly, kept well informed on delivery details. Its a bit firmer than our old mattress but very comfy and really easy to unbox and set up. Thank you!

I can't fault this company! They were friendly, helpful, offered products at a fantastic price, the buying process was easy, the quality of the products was great and delivery was extremely fast.

Recently ordered small double for teenagers room. Bed arrived on time. The video for assembly was useful. Teenager very happy with the bed and the mattress. I've read some negative reviews on this trust pilot but can honestly say we had a genuinely positive experience and purchase.
A few weeks later Harry contacted to check everything was OK.
