Furnitureetc is horrible. They provide horrific customer service and have false advertising and when they are exposed as such they lie to you and their delivery service company lies about you. Do NOT buy anything from them if you expect to get what you ordered.

Renegade Furniture Group operates under three names online, Coleman Furniture, Home Gallery Store, and FurnitureETC and provides false information on drop shipping, warehousing etc.

FurnitureETC claims they are NOT an online furniture store, do not drop ship and ship from their own warehouse. These are all false statements confirmed over the phone.

After purchasing (and card being charged) they stated there did not have product in stock, would be shipping from manufacture, they did not their own warehouse and delivery would be 5-6 weeks rather than 2-4 they state online.

FurnitureETC states on their website "FurnitureETC contracts only professional freight and local delivery companies with years of industry experience to deliver your furniture. We do not drop-ship as many online furniture companies do. Most orders ship from our warehouses and are inspected for any damage prior to delivery. This process highly decreases the risk of damage and offers our customer a better shopping experience. "

After purchasing a sectional online I called to confirm the details the next day, after giving my order number the representative gave me the name of a different online store, Coleman Furniture, when I said they was not who I ordered from she said she was sorry it must have been from Home Gallery Store and I again said that was not who I ordered from and she explained Renegade Furniture Group, INC was the parent company of all three websites. FurnitureETC clearly states 2-4 week delivery but was told my item had to be ordered from the manufacture, would be end of August before it shipped to my local delivery so I was looking at not getting my item until potentially end of sept, after being ordered Aug 5th. Asking to speak to a supervisor she informed me "we are an online furniture store and do not have our own warehouse". Completely contradicting what is on there website on the why buy from us page.

Very shady company operating under multiple names and providing completely false information on their website.

Brought a sectional recieved it in January a lumber support broke in two months called in so it would be covered under warranty I gave them the info they replied a month later said they would send the part and cover up to a certain amount but I have to find a repair man which there was none 2 weeks later I called about the part they said they don't think I need it!!! Just a horrible experience.

I ordered a sectional online and was very impressed considering I couldn't sample it beforehand. It was delivered before the estimated delivery date. The handlers were very courteous and professional while assembling my couch.

My entire living room set is wonderful. I received my set in a couple of weeks. Way ahead of the delivery time. The crew that unloaded and set up was also excellent and very courteous. I was scared to order online due to horror stories that I have heard, but my experience has been great.

Minor issue. Still waiting for return call from warranty department

Order was delivered as scheduled with no issues. The couch was dropped off and setup very efficiently and I was really happy with the service. We’ve had the couch for about a week but loving it so far, comfortable but not super squishy. The chaise is fantastic and the pillows it came with were an added bonus. Overall experience was very positive.

I was a little hesitant to purchase a leather sectional online, but the $1000 I was saving was worth the risk. Delivery time was within the 4 weeks stated and arrived flawless. I would not hesitate to do business again.

I was pleased with the process, it seemed to work ok. I wasn't expecting my order to be shipped immediately and it did take a little longer than expected. The delivery process was slower than anticipated but the guys were very professional and did their job well. I'm very satisfied with my sofa.

We got our furniture in a timely fashion. I just think the company should collaborate with their delivery company and be able to provide customers with more information before ordering. I took a chance and I am pleased with their service.

Excellent service, transparent, best price, bought an Ashley couch at a better price than at Ashley's.

Furniture Etc is an excellent company to purchase furniture from. I had an excellent experience with the sectional sofa I bought. The delivery folks were fast in setting up my new sofa and courteous. I will be purchasing more from this company in the future.

The furniture is beautiful and it was so easy from start to finish. Excellent customer serivice!!

Quick turnaround time. Couch is beautiful, great quality. I had questions and chatted with their customer service rep who was super helpful. Also the couch was almost $1000 less than listings on other sites. Highly recommend!

Shopping with FurnitureETC was very easy. I went online and began shopping on their site. A representive was available to me via chat. She helped with all my questions and helped when I was finally happy with my descission she helped me complete my purchase. It was so easy to purchase from Furniture ETC. As of yesterday I can say the delivery guys were great too, they made sure I was completely satisfied with their service and my furniture before they left my home. I love my new furniture. Thanks ETC.

If it was possible to rate my experience with Furniture ETC a zero, I would. I ordered a sectional from them and it has been two months and I still have not received it. Originally my order was supposed to arrive in 6 weeks, then it was another six weeks. I received an email stating "you're furniture will be delivered to your house in exactly one week". One week later, surely my sectional did not arrive and once I called to see what the issue was, they said it was backordered, once again. I truly do not believe the sectional ever existed. When I placed the order it said nothing about anything not being in stock or even backordered. They sell furniture they don't even have.I cancelled my order and truly believe I made the best choice in doing so, my only regret is that I did it sooner and wasn't couches for two months in a brand new apartment.
On top of that customer service is terrible, they would not compensate me in any way even after delaying my order for 2 months.
I would NEVER recommend this company, do not waste your time!
