This sham outfit charged my credit card for a rug they did not have. Week after week the rug was listed being "packaged". I could never get through to their phony help line, but 2 separate people told me lie after pathetic lie.
The clue to their scam came when they told me that FedEx had already picked up the rug, but they were waiting for a tracking number. That is not how FedEx works. Now -- two months later -- still nothing. No rug. No response, but they charged my card.

Looking at the dates of these so-called reviews, they are are sham reviews from the company itself. Same times. Same comments.

You have been warned.

I ordered a rug and some furniture for my new house. They provided me with such great customer service, immediate responses when I had a few questions. They have great variety in their selection and I look forward to shopping with them again!

After my wife and I got married, we didn't have squat for furniture, and even less in the way of money. After looking around the internet we found Furniturebeast. The cheap prices and free shipping made it so we could make our living room look awesome. Will definitely being going back.
