Fantastically Special Yoga Mat - OM!
This is a new product and it didn't disappoint - yoga mats are difficult to get right and this one ticked all boxes and surpassed itself offering a fabulous design. So unusual. I gave this as a birthday present and my recipient was elated!

Outstanding customer support and service
Over 10 days since you got my money and I still didn't receive your product. Tracking is useless since you sent it by regular mail and Canada Post doesn't recognize your tracking number. So far I am GBP 280 in the hole and nothing to show for it. I don't even know if it'll take a day, a week or forever to receive it. "Thank you" for asking for my opinion

I’m sorry for the time it is taking for the product to arrive. We posted international tracked and signed Royal Mail. We normally have no problems with this but perhaps there is something happening at the Canadian side due to Coronavirus. At normal times Royal Mail states 7 working days and the package was posted on 26th April (it is now only May 4). So let’s see what happens this week.

Update on this. Canada Post unfortunately took 1 month to deliver the parcel with no option for us to track in the UK. This was due to the Coronavirus crisis. We are very sorry for the delay. We have refunded you 25% of the order. Furthermore we have updated our Delivery Policy information page to give clear instructions. We hope you will forgive this late delivery, that you enjoy your unique scarf and that you consider shopping with us in future.

The silk square I ordered was exactly as it appeared on the website. It came in a black slip-case, rather than in the tin I was expecting. It arrived promptly and I am happy with the purchase.

Not one negative thing to say! Online ordering was almost effortless and shipped so quickly. I received my scarf in the States in a week.
