Hi Lesley CROOK,

You ordered on Friday 16th at 7:03pm, order was shipped Monday 18th and item was delivered Tuesday 19th at 12:46pm, I don't think you can get much better than that for FREE shipping! Our system automatically produces shipping labels using the information you inputted during checkout process. Once order is dispatched, you will also recieve a shipping notice with tracking information and also a follow up off royal mail with tracking details too. These will go to the email address you registered on the account. As you've obviously missed all those emails, I will enter it below.

This tracking clearly shows delivery to the address you inputted, as part of the name is of the property is on the picture!

I've also checked all of our correspondence channels, and have not previously received anything from yourself. I find it somewhat strange at the first correspondence from you being a 1 star review on trust pilot and not an email to ask where your missing order was! I'm sure if you did email, then it would have easily been resolved.

I didn't realise this was a powder

I didn't realise this was a powder, my eyes are not great and I didn't see where it said it was. My dog is very fussy and won't eat her food with anything else on it. I emailed asking if I could return it but they said this was not possible.

As discussed in our email correspondence, unfortunately you have opened the product and, as such, it can no longer be sold on. If however, the product was still sealed, a return and refund would have been no issues whatsoever.

The listing does clearly state that it is a powder, as well as our pictures showing it on the label too.

Whist we empathise with your sight issues, I think the 1 star rating seems a little unfair on our company, given we have supplied exactly what you ordered in a timely manner. Maybe you should have emailed us before purchase to clarify exactly what the product was, that way, this could have been avoided.
