This was my first order with Furever Products, and overall the experience was quite positive. I ordered Azodyl, so reliable handling and timely delivery were particularly important.

The order was dispatched quickly, arrived within the promised timeframe, and was well packaged. Given that it is a temperature-sensitive product, I was pleased with how efficiently everything was handled.

The only reason I am not giving a higher rating is the communication. While I did receive responses when needed, the communication felt rather brief and impersonal, leaving little room for reassurance. A more approachable and customer-focused style of communication would have made the customer experience (esp for someone who has a pet with medical issues) significantly better.

That said, the product arrived as expected, and the shipping service itself was reliable and professional.

My dog will not use it at all he tried it and could care less and supposing being suggested toward flat nose breed dogs yet my english bulldog wont use it. I've tried 3 times to reach out to customer service with a to return cooling mat and to get my refund and nobody has replied whatsoever. My suggestion is get it from amazon so if it soesnt work for your pet you have a real warranty to return and receive a full refund because this company does not honor their warranty and will not refund you a single dollar

terrible company

placed an order over a month ago

they have had my pets hair for a whole month now and not a single update after asking for updates on multiple occasions.

not sure if I have been scamed or not as no updates

dont reccomend trusting these people with your beloved pets hair

getting to the point where I am going to have to give the compant a visit in person and get my dogs hair back!

sick people and they need to realise people expect updatess within a month when it comes to sentimental items like this

Have ordered several times from this company and their prompt dispatch and delivery is first class , even when ordering late in the day goods are still dispatched the same day.
All goods ordered have been as requested and excellent

Ordered Dr Martys kibble for small dogs one day and the kibbles arrived the next. Delivered in a bubble padded envelope so damage would be minimised.
One of the few products our fussy eater will touch.
