Ordered and not delivered - like others no progress from Royal Mail.

These are the best crochet kits I've ever used. They yarn is perfect. The amount of time is not huge and the result looks exactly like the picture. 5/5

Had issues with my item arriving late. The company went above and beyond with resolving the issue and could not have been more helpful if they tried. It is a small business and I feel very happy with the item and service, delivery issues were not down to them. I will definatly order from them again in the future.

I've got a crochet kit from them and absolutely LOVE IT! They videos are well explained, I am currently making pinguy. There was a slightly delay with the delivery (arrived 2 days later than expected) but I really appreciated that they emailed me to let me know what was happening (christmas delivery delay), thanks.

Would've been 5 stars if not for the delay but really pleased. Perfect for a cosy weekend project

I've seen a few reviews about delays, but I honestly didn't have any issues! My kit arrived 3 days ago and I was so excited to get started. I've already done few rounds and it's absolutely amazing! The instructions videos are super clear and easy to follow. It's my first time crocheting and I'm already hooked! The quality of the kit is BRILLIANT and such relaxing way to spend my evenings.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Received my bunny today, looks so cute. Can't wait to offer it for christmas.

Placed an order on the 3/12/24 and order still now given to Royal Mail. Have emailed them but not hopeful. Will get money back via bank but wish I had read this first

All products ordered arrived. Look good but not opened as gifts.

I would have been happier if the seller simply stated that they had a lot of orders and were working through them. To blame Royail Mail when the items hadn’t reached them simply makes it sound like scam. Just be honest and I’ll be patient.

After another email today I have been assured the item is posted and the tracking link shows delivery tomorrow. I will update review once items arrive.

Suspect items were out of stock perhaps? If so, just say that and don’t blame others.

Staring to look like a scam. Ordered 30th November and at 11th Dec no goods received. Have contacted twice via email. First response was at 03:00 which seemed odd. Both times blaming Royal Mail. Checking the tracking link provided shows items not received by Royal Mail. Awaiting response but think I’ll be speaking with credit card company to get money back.

This is a new business and I’d been scammed previously twice with other new companies so I must say I was sceptical. And there aren’t any comments or many likes on their Facebook…
The order took a while to come, over two weeks, but the Fuppys are a great product.

Nice new hobby I just found out

Brilliant! Was looking for something new to try so I ordered one fuppys kit and it's been amazing. I took the penguin and honestly I couldn't believe that I am going to make something similar as the results shown.
But it turns to be nearly the same!!! The instructions were so easy to follow. Overall it was so fun to make and relaxing. Highly recommend

I received my kits 2 days ago. They look absolutely amazing-really lovely packaging and everything is so well thought out! Mine did arrive arrive a day later than expected, but to be fair, they sent me an email explaining there was a slightly delay due to the festive period. Appreciated the heads-up. The kits are definitely a great gift idea!

I ordered on 1st December. Royal Mail tracking number has said they are expecting it since then but no update since (now 10th December). Emailed twice to chase my order. I can only assume this is a scam and will contact my bank to get my money back

Received notification that my order had been delivered, but no sign of it. Seems this is yet another dodgy company selling on Facebook.

I initially had doubts about Fuppys, as they appeared to be a knock-off of a famous US brand. But boy I was wrong! Whilst they do have similarities, Fuppys provides much nicer colour yarn (e.g. the penguin is light blue rather than bright blue), with extra details (e.g. penguin feet). The videos and instructions are clear (although there are some small mistakes but nothing major), and I am so happy to have gotten into crocheting through them!

I ordered pinguy and luna kits for my two kids, as christmas gifts, and I'm so excited to see their faces when they open them! Te kits look absolutely stunning - the packaging is so cheerful and high-quality, it aleady feels like a special present.

I couldn't resist opening them quickly to check what's inside. The materials feel lovely, and the step-by-step video tutorials are brilliant.

These kits are such a unique gift idea. Hit the jackpot for creative presents this year :)

I had so much fun making my Pinguy - he came out a little chubbier than on the packet - but I don't mind at all :) having never touched a crochet hook before I found the videos really easy to follow and I can feel a new obsession brewing!

I have emailed fuppys directly, and hope I get a response and an update. Feel very dubious at this point in time.

I've never crocheted in my life and I was expecting it to be way more difficult to learn than it was?? Kit had everything included and tutorials were incredibly helpful whilst also giving you the space to develop confidence, surprisingly easy to correct mistakes and redo sections. Definitely love it!

** UPDATE **
Despite several promises of delivery, still no kits (ordered on 19 November). But on the plus side, I have had a full refund. They’re also offering me big discounts, buy one get one free, etc, but they’ve got no chance. Not in a million years. Think hard before you order anything from this company…
