I have been playing on this site for almost 2 years and I'm on level 11,084 and it has become so bad! You can't get bonuses anymore. I saw the changes around level 3,000. The bonuses started coming less and less and eventually just stopped coming at all. Just like all of the negative reviews, this is exactly how they get you hooked. They let you win at first and then you can no longer win, except enough to keep you coming back and make you think you can win everything back. I never win from the drawings and the account reviews are worthless because they just take it right back. The same people win on this site over and over and these reels are definitely controlled. The computer keeps track of how much you've won and won't let you get over a certain amount by withholding bonuses. If you win one day, the next day you'll lose double that. This site is a rip off and a joke of a site! They steal your money! You'll never truly win anything. Save yourself the agony and don't start playing on this site. It's a dirty little trick and a scam!

When I first started playing, the 1st 2 to 3 months,was awesome. You don't always win, mystery gifts where great; as well as account reviews. But, I see that's how they rope you in. I will literally spend 200 to win 7.75 if that. Funzpoints has became such a disappointment w/in this past yr. Imma start going back to a real Casino, cause this not it!!!!

Its rare I take time to write reviews, but when there is one that is deserving, I will take the time. I have been playing Funzpoints.com for just over a year. Their customer service is top knotch and account reviews always give me free play. You wont hit "mega" jackpots, but can win consistently.

Don’t waste your money! I spent nearly 1000 dollars in a week and did not win anything! Bonuses take forever to hit and it will let you hit smalls wins.. but 1000 in a week and had nothing to show for it. I deactivated my account and will take chances at casino or even try luckyland

I was forced to give them a one cuz if there was a below zero I would pick it if they are fraudulent they are Crooks they should not even be in business I won and they refuse can you pay me I put a lot of money into this casino and this is the first time I tried to redeem my money one and first they said I had to verify myself which I did in so many different ways then they said it was all good they had everything they needed didn't they turn around and deactivated my account blocked me and said they weren't going to pay me because I had Association with a banned Player and I told him I didn't know any band players and they couldn't give me no information about that so then they switched it up and try to say I used a card that belong to somebody else which I never did have proof of that it was just one thing after another and they just finally just said unfortunately we can't reverse anything in your block do not try to open account and they just was like that's that nothing I can do this is all made up they wouldn't give me any information then give me any names nothing just just totally blocked me out and didn't pay me my wings so all I'm saying is it could be you so don't play on this site

DO NOT play at their casino there are much better sites to play on I don’t know who owns this casino but whoever it is is not a customer service person and neither are their customer service people. I opened an account and actually won some money I went through their identity process and everything to be told I had multiple accounts and they cancelled my cash out. I explained to them if their was other accounts my husband created them those winnings wasn’t done on those accounts it was done on the account I created. They would not give me my winnings and told me I was banned from their site because my identity had been compromised like I told them no it wasn’t it was my husband not some total stranger and if I didn’t have a problem with it then why should they and my identity wasn’t compromised when I knew who it was. That was just their way of not paying me my winnings. I have alot of friends that play at this casino and they have been treated poorly too and we all will not spend any more money at this place with all the casinos popping up they won’t be in business to long specially with their poor customer service.

While it is a fun site to spend time on, I will say that after being a customer for several years, I'm disappointed that their payouts have greatly reduced in amount in recent years.
Their current payouts are laughable compared to much higher amounts from a couple of years ago. When they do payout, you're lucky to get $20-$40. You're best bet is to play in the free section.

A company change has definitely taken place and not for the better. I've been spending more and more time on other sites in the last year to overcome this programming change.

Biggest scam of a site. This site took over 4k from me in two days. No matter how much I spun I was just losing and losing. I self excluded for a while because they always take my money and never pay out. Made the mistake of logging back in and they just took more and more of my money. Well I guess I gave it away but for sure this site is a huge scam. Thousands lost ..not sure how the owners sleep at night

I tried to deposit money onto my account with my debit card but only got the amount I was paying for the Funzpoints taken off my debit card and never added onto my Funzpoints account. How do I get the credits I had paid for already?

I’ve been reading the reviews here and it’s hard for me to believe these negative reviews. I’ve been playing over two years here and have cashed out over 2000 on two different occasions. No I don’t win every time I play but that’s the reason it’s called gambling! The customer service has never failed to respond back to any of my requests and yes sometimes I ask for a review to early and yes they will inform me it has not been a week yet. Cashing out was quick before, but now now it’s instant basically in get my withdrawals In under 15 mins. I give this place two thumbs up I’m proud to be a Funzfriend !

I'm like a lot of other people I love playing funzpoints, and I also am very loyal paying customer that they have always seem to take care of but here lately it's like they're just pushing that button that copy and paste the same message over and over and over the account reviews take over 12 hours and then they say it's too early even though you put three $400 in it you know. I just don't understand what's going on but I'm not really pleased

I cashed out 60$ instant transfer onto my debit card on June 22,2024. They said my bank accepted it and gave me a transaction number. It is now 6days later and my bank still is telling me that no deposit from
Whoopla inc or funpointz had been made. And all funzpoints can tell me if "maybe you entered your debit card wrong we can only see the last four of the card, and if you did there's nothing we can do about that". That's ridiculous the first time I ever use this game and TRY to redeem my winnings this happens. I don't suggest playing this. I've never had a issue with chumba when I won 2,000.00$ or with Fortune coin when my husband won 800$ or high 5 casino app when I won 200$.

Ive been a very loyal customer with funzpoints, and for years they have been more than fair in giving me the benefit of the doubt when I make multiple deposits, and I cant even play for a short period of time. I have been being charged a monthly fee on my Funzpoints Account, and when I brought this to their attention, and they did a review, they determined that the charges were legitimate, although they clearly state that it's a free game without monthly fees. The paperwork I submitted clearly showed that I was being charged, but they are refusing to return my money, and because of this reason, I would suggest using any other gambling site available because funzpoints will only steal your money and then tell you that you authorized it yourself through your account. I'm disgusted and discouraged and will never use them again!
