LUMIBRICKS has stepped above the major brand with amazing lights and details in every set! Although there have been a few hiccups along the way customer service is next to none in taking care of any problems, the only direction to go is further up 👍

Lumibricks have amazing and good looking sets, that look even better with lights on. The only problem that I encountered was confusing checkout page, but everything went good.

Haven't gotten the new drive in yet, but probably will soon. I have a birthday co.i g on the 11th of November and that would be a great appreciation gift. Good communication, quick shipping great product

Was a fairly easy build, instructions were not bad. Some times it would have been nice to have a 3D instructions like the Lego builder app at times. Loved your light system and the Cyber Punk series looks really good.

Got the Kings Treasury during pre order. Said it would be in stock by October 20. Received it October 29. The one thing I hope is once in stock in a particular country, in this case the USA, shipping times come down. More importantly, tracking gets better. It was delivered October 28 and today is October 29 and Shop app still says you’re preparing the order. The Lumibricks site offers shop app as a means to track. That’s not good. I will be patient and won’t complain. I’ve learned to stay ahead with sets in the closet while I build current haunted house. You get a lot of complaints because of time. It’s takes a while once an order is placed. That’s why I stay one ahead. Getting accurate information from tracking would be very helpful and should be easy.

The person who handled my request was very kind and efficient. The missing part arrived very quickly.
