Scam!
So many emails back and forth, they kept telling me to waiy, that the item was on its way. Nothing ever came.

Like many others it seems, I too had many e mails saying my item was on its way, ordered early October 2020 and now my e mails are coming back as undeliverable! Hope this means the scum have ceased operating but they’ve stitched me up too! 😡

Scam! No delivery kept sending false tracking numbers. PayPal believed them when they claimed it had been delivered. I hate shisters and I think PayPal are in league with them. One star is the only way to write a review but that is too many.

Funproper was advertised on Facebook I purched a ring from them for my wife in September 2020 after multiple emails and promises and fake delivery to addresses miles away, I have neither received my order or a refund. Use at your own risk

SCAM. No masks received, lots of emails. Avoid at all costs.

Like others, i ordered an Halloween mask the 12th of October that, apparently, was delivered to the wrong adress in France (but in the same city !!??) and since, they tell me that the new one's on the way and that i have to wait for the company status but there's no tracking number and no email from the shipping company.
When i ask to be reimbursed, they give me the same answer everytime for the past 3 months : "Hi..., We’re so sorry for the delay.
As we checked, your order has been shipped out.
Please wait shipping company updates the status.
Please feel free to contact us anytime.
Thanks."
I'm sick and tired of these companies that makes money on us and i know that i'll never have my command.

Omg I am from uk 🇬🇧 I ordered while grieving for my dad an Christmas ornament back in October 2020.
This company play on people like me.
Disgusting and Facebook allow it and PayPal .
They are a scam ... they have robbed me .
You won’t receive a thing.
Several Facebook pages and been reported several times to PayPal and Facebook,
Read reviews and don’t trust comments on Facebook.
Sickening what they claim to sell.
I have complained to my bank in the uk 🇬🇧. Spread the word on Facebook

SCAM from Instagram ad linking to FunProper.com -AKA- Jinzhou Network Technology Co., Limited -AKA- Monsoon FunPro (as it appears in payment history of PayPal).
Placed an order for a Bald Eagle Headwear (Halloween costume) on 9-18-2020 and as of 12-30-2020 still not received. Emailed company and they provided a fake DHL link claiming it had been delivered to me and that I should re-inspect my shipment. The tracking number they provided had no history at the actual DHL. Could not get help with PayPal, am reporting it as fraud to Bank of America. I could not find any history of them in my activity on Instagram which I assume means IG has already kicked them off their network (I hope). Hopefully if enough of us report them to our banks, it will make it harder for them to rip new people off, under the above names and any future business names they use. If enough investigations of fraud are opened, then hopefully the US or other governments can arrest or extradite these criminals when they travel to or through ally countries and put them in prison where they belong.

Purchased the "Its a wonderful life" bell. WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK. I wish I could give it a negative star. This looks like it came out of a gumball machine. Supposed to be in a velvet bag but came in a cheap plastic ziplock. Hold on to your money folks, this is a scam.

Ordered ‘it’s a wonderful life’ bell. It arrived with part missing (the tag that identified it as it’s a wonderful life) I contacted them on several occasions, including pictures of the bell, but every time they insisted I had received what I ordered. Terrible customer service. Luckily I’m only out £17 for something that probably cost a few pence. Should have done my research first. Hard lesson learned!

Just a SCAM. I never received my order, never got a refund, never answer mails. AVOID

By far the most dishonest company! Ordered a ring in August & according to their shipment info it was delivered to my mailbox on Sep 28th. But no, Dec 22nd still no ring. Have asked for a refund several times and they just keep stalling and blaiming customs, shipping companies etc etc. SHAME!!!

I have the exact same story as Sheila.
A bunch or runaround emails, fake tracking numbers and lie after lie from Funproper!
I also saw the ad on Bookface and paid through PAYPAL.
PAYPAL is protecting Funproper and wont refund my $. Even after i got a stamped Intranet document from USPS stating the package wasnt delivered to my address and that the address the tracking number is linked to... is bogus.
PAYPAL are crooks too!

I ordered a mask on 9/17/20 to have for Halloween. on 12/14/20 i asked that I receive a refund as it was three months later and passed Halloween. I received a response a day later send me a shipping log. The log said it was delivered to my city with no specific address. I then sent a new email stating that, and they said “ We are sorry for the delay.
After confirmaton, the logistic information is wrong , and your order is on the way now.
Please wait for the update from shipping company

I wrote back I don’t want a mask anymore because it was way passed Halloween, I just want my refund. Their reply was incredibly unprofessional and stated, sometimes the customs might cause some delay that we can't control dear.

First of all, those are not my problems, I as the buyer dont want to hear excuses, if I pay you my hard earned money, you should have the logistics figured out or don’t sell products... this is horrible and now I am out 45.97 from a company that can’t take ownership of their own mishaps.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. They take your money and that’s it. Nothing delivered, just empty promises and numerous emails to keep you busy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Many other companies out of China operate in the same way. BEWARE.

*****SCAM SCAM SCAM*****Do not trust, I've had to go through my bank to get my money back, PayPal were happy with the fake tracking number issued and didn't resolve this issue. Lesson learned. Don't trust ads in Facebook. Check reviews first

Terrible company - taught me a lesson about ordering from Facebook ads! I don’t know if the product was any good or not - it was delivered 1000 miles from me to a different state with the same city name as mine. That was 6 months ago & I just keep getting a runaround.
DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wanted to know the difference between hardback and regular edition masks. Tried emailing them but always get the unable to deliver - email server not configured. Thank God I read these reviews before sending them any money.

Purchased the ‘it’s a wonderful life bells’ nothing liked advertised - $40 paid - realised afterwards it was coming from China not US . Received last week and the bells are nothing like the advert - poor quality and tiny. Going through the hassle now with PayPal to get refund - please please avoid this company unless you are happy to purchase pure tat !! Disappointed beyond belief .

Awful.. Products nothing like the picture.. Ordered 2 bells.. Paid £13.00 for something that could be bought in the pound shop.. So disappointed.. Will never buy from these again and 1 bell has the inside hammer missing 😔
