Cute Gift Idea, But the Print Quality & Size Fell Short for the price
I purchased this mug as a Father's Day gift and, while the mug itself seems to be good quality, I was a little disappointed with the printing.
For a $30 mug, I expected the graphic to be a bit larger and sharper. The online preview made the design appear much clearer and more prominent, but in person the image is relatively small compared to the size of the mug. The printed graphics also appear somewhat pixelated, which takes away from the overall look.
The gift is still meaningful and usable, but the final product didn't quite match the expectations set by the online design preview. I think larger, higher-resolution printing would make a significant difference.

Absolutely awesome! Great customer service when I wanted to make a design change after I placed the order. Thankfully I caught it in time and they helped make the change easily. Receive the shirt in the mail today, earlier than anticipated. It’s a decent quality cotton, medium thickness. The print design looks as expected — GREAT! So happy to have this shirt. Thank you!

Very misleading
Very misleading. Thought there would be 2 cups as the picture shows no where does it say that is the front and back. The custom image is very poor quality. Definitely not worth $30.

The hair color is wrong
The hair color is wrong, I picked black and it’s grey. The lettering on top im has white marks as if the printer didn’t stopped working.

I ordered a Father’s Day gift at the beginning of the month and it just got here. It looks terrible! There isn’t even enough time to reorder it or get anything else. I’m so upset and disappointed. Completely false advertising. The image on the glass cup is so small and blurry you can’t even read the names. I’m furious!

The customization was very easy. I wish there were more hair and skin tone options as well.
Once I received my product I was slightly disappointed at the look of the print on the shirt. The color of the ink was dull/not as vibrant as shown in images online. And the alignment of my two kiddos was off. Their hands were not aligned to their dads hands - the hands look as if they are touching their dads sides.

I would give you a zero star if that was a possibility. The item I ordered is not what I received my husband has one child yet the T-shirt we got had four children’s name on it none of which I know. This was supposed to be a special Father’s Day gift and now I have to go through the hoops of a refund or a replacement late I am not pleased whatsoever

Print press quality is poor.
Looks like they packed the shirt when the print was still warm or the press was done sloppily. Very sad about these wrinkles.
