Van Studios' Funnel Junkie Membership wrecks my business
I am sharing my experience as a client of Van Studios.
In April 2025, I paid for their “Funnel Junkie” programme, and later accepted an additional upsell. After payment, I repeatedly requested tax invoices, statements of account, and clarification regarding billing and service delivery. These were not provided.
During this period, amounts were debited for approximately two months despite no debit order authorisation having been provided by me, nor the upsell product being delivered.
In November 2025, my membership was cancelled without prior notice. I was removed from all membership groups, support facilities and Van Studios ignored my emails. Following cancellation, I requested access to and/or migration of my website and associated data. To date, I have not received a usable transfer of my website or associated data.
Van Studios publicly acknowledged these issues on Google Reviews and stated that a senior manager would contact me within three business days to provide a statement of account and address resolution. This did not occur.
As at the date of this review, the matter remains unresolved.
